When we come into a money situation where we can’t pay it that week they call you a dozen of times it doesn’t matter if your at work or anything they will call you many times I’ve always called and told them I needed more time to pay, I always hate calling up there due to the lack of respect they have towards people that are their customers so I had my boyfriend talk to them and they insistently became rude and aggressive towards him and started to yell when he asked for their higher ups they refused to transfer the call over I only had him take over due to the gentlemen I spoke to was becoming rude towards me while I was trying to understand why I was getting charged for 2 late fees when I’d only be a week late and also pay the current balance the same day I pay the late balance. I feel as I should not be fearful to call them or talk to them because I’m the customer and I shouldn’t be disrespected. My experience is beyond measures of awful with this company I can’t wait to pay my television off and not have to speak to them again. I will not be a returning customer.

Very poor customer service.., manager was/ very rude and obnoxious while speaking to me. He keeps hanging up on me while I was speaking and explaining my situation to him.And when I tried calling back to continue the conversation, he wouldn't even pick up the phone, and talks to you rudely like on a personal level or something. I am a paying customer and I don't feel like I need to be treated in such a manner. I do plan however to file some sort of complaint on hiim. I spoke to him Abt his rudeness and he doesn't even care. He continues to do it. I just was to be out of my contract as soon as possible so that I don't have to deal with them ANYMORE...Euclid, Lakeshore store

Lovely inventory ! But very poor customer service/ problem solving. Ended my appointment 45 minutes early (but it was ok for them to be 35 mins late)because they had to rush to another appointment. I wasn’t told someone 18 needed to be there so I let my 14 Yr old be there. I was just told “have somebody there to open the door.” The manager told me he assumed I would have know to have someone 18 there. Why would I assume if you said have someone there to open the door? After that issue I was told have some 18 come there .I work 5 minutes from there so me and the rep agreed I would come. I would have got there at 4:15 to sign the paper. I was told I had to reschedule because they had another appointments and by law they can’t leave without setting up the equipment ( not familiar with this law)…How can you have two appointments at the same time ? The lady literally had me go to sign a paper and literally wasted my time because the men had already left. Why agree to fix and issue then carelessly say oh wait I can’t no more. When I say these people with treat you like the bottom of the barrel they literally DO NOT CARE !

POOR - POOR - POOR!!!!! That is all I got to say about this manager. Got very loud with me. Then proceeded to hang up on me. I then called the 800 number to report his actions. Something needs to be done about his poor customer service. I work in retail and I would have been fired on thespot. For his actions he should betoo....PERIOD, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Emica was very nice and was willing to work with me to get a stove and fridge, not in delivery area so sent over to cleveland store and had a terrible experience..

They are absolutely unprofessional they are so eager to get a steel that they don’t want to properly train their people on how to complete that sale and set up somebody’s payments for every two weeks instead they want to hound you for $72 without fixing your payment, what you called for them to do in the first place. They don’t know how to do business. Absolute trash

I was late as of 12/25/2022I log in 12/27 to pay and my base amounts almost tripled taking me from 87 to $195 IN TWO DAYS I even emailed explaining date of payment. Its crazy because before for more items I paid 145 per week ? im sure he's gonna say $7 per day per item but even that is not $195 . Please watch your accounts the breakdown also shows LDW charges and only one $7 late charge per item so they change base pay of my items it looks like which is not stated in the agreement that the base price can be changed at their leisure. I guess we'll be eating out because these items will be going back i cannot afford $195 per week .**** It was adjusted to the correct total so I have updated to 2 stars *** I did call the Texas location and spoke to several ppl to have this corrected the lady I initially spoke with (once transferred to the store) was rude and got off the phone because she did not want to sort out the numbers with me .. and calling support does nothing as you see they directed me back to the store vs correcting the issue there .
