I was made to feel like a criminal when I went inside this branch today. My debit card was cracked so I asked for a new one. I also filled out a withdrawal slip for a large amount of money for a car repair. The teller told me I had to sign the slip again because my signature didn't match the signature card on file. She had my license and I pulled out my social security card that also had my signature. She said I had to sign again because of the amount of fraud they have experienced and repeated my signature did not match. I was sorry to hear that, but that has nothing to do with me. My signature was the same the second time I signed and it matched my license and social security card signatures. I pulled down my mask so she can see my full face. She told me that was not necessary. I asked her was it because it was $500 of my money? Was it because I'm Black? I complained to the manager who said he would talk to her after the customers were gone and repeated the same story about fraud. That is not enough. I felt so embarrassed. I will never go inside that branch again. I'm making a formal complaint with the corporate office also. Maybe it's time to choose another bank that won't treat me suspiciously when im withdrawing from my account. Do better PNC.

Very long wait in line to see a teller. One teller was training another teller. When I finally stepped up to do my transaction, I was told I couldn’t get the quarters I needed to do my laundry. I wouldn’t visit this branch again. It seems to be very understaffed. I think PNC has taken a plunge in customer service overall.

I'm a teacher and I'm trying to teach my students about it's about banking. This is the most unhelpful place. They couldn't give me any information about opening a checking account for Students. The point of having an in-person branch is that it comes with a personal touch. I was advised to go online. The sad part is this used to be a great branch a few years ago.

I love PNC but every time I have an issue with the account this particular branch gave me ready to close the account, and on 2 occasions the lady in the cubicle told me she couldn’t close it. First time I went to another branch and they fixed my account this time I wonder how they’re going to fix it since I can’t close it
