if i could give zero stars i would. we took our couple month old kitten to get neutered and boy did he come back a different cat. they’re so unprofessional and filled with a bunch of lies. we had told them we wanted them to take his blood and either they failed to report what they found or they really didn’t take his blood. when they gave him back to us they said he was completely healthy and good to go, he then had an abscess burst just a few days later. they would have seen that with his blood. we even took him to an emergency vet where the vet even questioned their service. they even failed to provide him with any pain medicine, or any medicine in general for after his surgery. and to close everything out they also had our poor little guy CHOKING. yes guys, CHOKING. they left him unsupervised in his crate right after his procedure with food where he choked. this was only on our drive home from picking him up. i do not recommend bringing your little fur baby here even if the cheap price catches your eye. there are so many other better places than this one. be very careful.

Best place to take cats and dogs to get fixed spraying/ neutered. They do an amazing job! I will continue taking my cats here if i decide to adopt more.

They took good care of my puppy. Only thing is she had an umbilical hernia that needed fix per my normal vet but Petfix couldn’t find it. I don’t think they concerned themselves with it. The place does kind of remind me of assembly line for spaying. They do so many in a day.

just got my kitten fixed here and they were absolutely organized and amazing! gave a very educational and in depth explanation of the after care. took perfect care of my angel :)

They took excellent care of our little baby. The staff was very nice, they knew what they were talking about, and they gave us good instructions. Our little puppy was up and about in no time. Thank you Petfix.
