I met E today after coming into Boost with a completely shattered iPhone. I'm an Executive Assistant and college student so my phone is my lifeline! I was so worried because I had to work and turn homework in the next day and I wasn't sure if I could find a phone within my price range. I erroneously thought he hadn't unlocked my phone today because I still couldn’t get in it and requested a refund, but he assured me that he had unlocked it and that Apple had locked my iCloud which was out of his control so due to his extreme professionalism and understanding, I felt obligated to leave a review.”
