I formerly visited Jamal's establishment when it was situated between Superior and St. Clair on 105 so technically I am a loyal customer Jamals prices have always been fair, and his customer service has always been exceptional. I erroneously thought he hadn't unlocked my phone today because I still couldn’t get in it and requested a refund, but he assured me that he had unlocked it and that Apple had locked my iCloud which was out of his control so due to his extreme professionalism and understanding, I felt obligated to leave a review.

i needed a laptop for school, and then i discovered jamal’s store. i am working on a budget so i decided to see what i can find. he sold me a laptop for a very low price. i felt so relieved that i had a good conditioned laptop for a low price! the customer service was amazing and everything you would expect in a business. very good work. thank you so much!

Met through Facebook marketplace. Product is in impeccable conditions with no visible marks or scratches, as if brand new even though it is 3 years old. Prompt responses and great prices. Very nice guy, highly recommend.

As soon as you walk thru the doors. Your greeted with the upmost respect. Never before has It felt so good to buy a phone. Great customer service, every electronic, charger, game, and even consoles you can think of. I visited Jamal’s store to see if I could have my phone screen fixed, sure enough that wasn’t a problem for such an expert like him. Done within minutes and at a low cost. Hands down greatest store for all your electronic needs.
