Slow to open the door. Rude customer service even when not busy. I waited 20 minutes in line with 2 people at the desk and 1 in front of me. Why does it stink inside sometimes? The old staff was best. This new staff isn't even friendly or quick. Used to enjoy the visit. Went inside a different time and there and I was the only one in line with 3 staff workers........ Still lazy service. Was not called to a desk for 15 minutes in this condition that time either. Pitiful.

I cant express enough how AWFUL this branch is! Corporate needs to step in & rehire professional bankers at this specific location. Unprofessional, rude, slow, uneducated in banking procedures. I've banked with Huntington for well over a decade & this locations performance is enough to make me want to switch.

I have to go out of my way to not go here, even though it's the closest branch near me. Always a problem here, whether it's the ATM down, out of bills, understaffed and slow service, and not to mention some of the rudest tellers (not all, there are some good ones who are overshadowed). And why does every person at this location spend 5+ minutes at the ATM ? Do your banking in the office like everyone else. The ATM is intended for quick transactions. This place should really consider putting an ATM inside the building, so non-lazy people can access there cash quickly.

Slow, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Also be prepared to get stuck in the metal detector doors that really provide no security at all.

My experience has been extremely poor customer service especially at the drive through. The issues at this branch are ongoing for quite awhile. I have literally sat fro 20 minutes waiting to cash a check even as recent as today. I am about to close both business and personal accounts so I do not have to deal with this anymore. Extremely poor customer service when you need them and can't use an ATM

I'm reading many negative reviews and im not seeing any of this with my recent experiences. It has been rather pleasant every time I have dealt with this branch. Everyone is super nice , quick and also patient. I couldn't find my account number and the gentleman at the counter assisted in showing me where to find it on my app to complete my deposit slip. I continue to look forward doing business with my Huntington people.

When I moved to the Euclid Ohio area Huntington had several bank branches near the apartment I was renting. Approximately 1 Year later these banks closed and it was a distance to go to a Huntington bank. Also this company doesn't issue cashier checks at no cost for Veterans.

View.the camera hereby, the male Banker showed his tattoo and engaged in playful touchy and jokes..The point is. my.transactions unfilled. at this Branch..

Got stuck in the drivethrough line which blocks the entrance, afterwards noticing a back way in. Long, extremely slow line inside. I was directed here by the E 185th branch since I needed a notary. After waiting 10-15 minutes in line, only one customer had been waited on. I then inadvertantly overheard they have a notary but weren't offering notary service until further notice because they were too busy.

The new ATM machine at this location NEVER works. When you insert your card it tells you to remove your card. Then the prompt says "I didn't get that, please reinsert your card" and this continues over & over. Until I get frustrated & leave.
