Worst possible customer service ever in a Federal Express location. The sales associate, named Jessica, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was simply trying to ship part of my old coin collection (not very valuable) that I was keeping at my dad's in Willoughby to my home in DC She said she didn't think they could ship coins, and handed me a customer service number, which was also unhelpful. She refused to do anything further. The number provided only an automated service, and did not answer particular shipping questions. Interestingly, when I used this same location this morning, and I told the sales associate what I was doing, in shipping the coins, he said there was no issue I would avoid using this location, especially if Jessica is working there

Every time I've used this office, they've gone out of their way to be helpful and kind. Whenever I have a bulky or awkwardly shaped item that the p o can't deal with, I come right here. I've used them for over 5 years for many printing and shipping issues. They always go above and beyond to help me get the job done!

I used the online calculator after I boxed up a package so I could give rhy customer a quote. It came to $19 and some cents; that was with me going up to the next pound because my scale isn't postal regulated. Took it to Willoughby FedEx and was quoted $22 and some cents. I told him that was more than the quote that I got online for a 14 x 14 x 14. He told me that's because the box measures 15 x 14 x 14. I told him the measurements were right on the bottom of the box; bought it from Office Max. He then said that those were the INNER measurements, that figuring in the cardboard made it an extra inch! I said I never had that problem with USPS and he snapped, 'We're not the USPS!' He asked how I wanted to pay and I told him cash. He asked for a photo ID. Since when do they need to see a photo ID for a cash transaction? Then the spiel of 'anything hazardous, any batteries.....' and I replied no to all. Then he asked me WHAT WAS in the package! Since when do I have to disclose the contents of a package I'm sending via their system? Mike, I hope you enjoy the $3 you scammed me out of today; FedEx, hope you know I'll never do business at ANY FedEx again! You don't even deserve one star but I can't alert others without putting at least one.
