Horrible..Horrible.. Customer Service. Lady is very rude with a very nasty attitude. The closing time online says 11pm. She says that the place of business closes at 10:30p but because she wants to get home and she is tired of working and has been working all day she turn people around and says that the last load is at 9:15pm. (And this is out of her own mouth) When the last load is at 9:30pm, which is what I was told the previous visit. On that visit she harassed us the entire time telling us what time it is and we needed to be wrapping it up and putting our clothes in the dryer.. She argues with customer and get into altercations on a daily basis because of her rude and nasty attitude. After having to go to another location in the area, I can hear another customer complaining about the same exact lady and her attitude and being turned around because she makes up her own time of closing and last wash. People have to work and kids have to go to school after having a long day and rushing to the laundromat and thinking you made it on time and being slapped with I'm closing now because I'm tired and ready to go home is such an inconvenience to multiple families. Her lack of customer service and communication skills has caused us to write this review and to never go back to that place anymore. We rather drive the few extra miles to be treated better. Which is also an inconvenience because that place was closer and it just sucks when your not treated fair because someone is just so comfortable with their job that they forget how to treat people as well as customers. She needs to understand that this is her JOB and if you don't like it, love it, or enjoy it. You should get Another one. This is a place of business. And you are their to SERVE THE CUSTOMERS!

First time here and the assistant is very nice and helpful. She has a very cheerful attitude and I like that. It’s kind of late so it’s not really crowded, which is also a plus cause I can get in and out. 3lb washer are $5.25 and the 2lbs are $4.25. You get 20 minutes free on the dryer side depending on how much you spend and how many loads if you get the loyalty card. Card doesn’t cost anything extra, you just load however much money you want on it.

I'm and out, not too crowded. I would have e given 5 ?, but they had several washers and dryers out if order.

I love the fact that I can get in and out. The loyalty card because it gives free drying. The place is clean and the workers are nice. The only problem is the restroom. It needs a deep clean remodel demolition team. So I try not to use it but that doesn't stop me from washing there

Attendant said we came in too late, that he wanted to close earlier than posted. Moped floor in front of driers that we were using and complained when we walked on the the floor to get to them. Told use not to come back, to stay in our home area, because we were inconveniencing him, by tracking in snow as we went back and forth to put clothes in the car. The floor were streaked with black dirty water that looked like he hadn't changed it the whole day.
