At Elgin Furniture, the quality of service I received was amazing. The Sales Associate Cathy, along with the Sales Mgr. Anya was simply a pleasure to work with for achieving my goals in furnishing my new home.

I visited 4 different furniture stores today!! I left one store so upset because of the customer service. I walked into Elgin and seen the exact same sectional I wanted with awesome customer service as soon as I walked into the store! Both ladies let me know I was there for any questions!! Not to mention I saved a couple hundred of dollars and the delivery fee was $150 cheaper!! It’s nice to walk through a store without someone constantly harassing you!! Thank you so much !!! I definitely will be back
Have to add to my review!! My sectional was on back order and they informed me of that!! The store kept me posted when it would arrive!! The delivery guys were awesome!! They came early and called to ask if it was ok!! They were very professional!! Elgin is the best furniture store around!!! Thank you so much for the great experience!!

I was browsing on Elgin Furniture and saw items I liked, and that they had several financing options. I filled out an application for financing and the next day I heard back from Anya. Once she reached out to me she was able to find financing for me that day ! And within 1-2 days I chose the furniture I liked and was able to pick a delivery date that worked with my schedule. In addition, when I went into store everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you Anya & the team you all are awesome!
