very Rude staff members at counter, Assistant Manager Germany did not know state policy, staff hang up phone on me while I asked questions. would not recommend, Please save time and Go to Huntington Bank , US Bank or Bank of America. Much Nicer employees there.

Been going to this bank for 10 plus years. The tellers staff and bankers on Babbitt Road have always been friendly for all these years. Even when new bankers and tellers have arrived they are always friendly. Most of all Dollar Bank itself dont be messin' with my money.
