Guy never showed up!!! Waited two hours total and ended up calling someone else. They tried charging me 107. The other tow company I called was there in 5 minutes and it was half the price!!! I called them once to see if they were coming and the guy then tells me the truck is tied up and will be there in 30 but yeah after waiting another hour I called someone else. It's going on 3 hrs and still no call from them. I won't bother to call them.

Very unprofessional. I call guy picks up and says nothing for 5 seconds. After waiting an hour I call back and guy says the truck is tied up and will be here in 30. Waited 2hours and still nithing

Great customer service and very time efficient! Jamal was so patient with me and assured me a driver at the specific time and they were there! The driver was so nice and down to earth, they made my troubles with my car at ease! If I could leave 10 stars I would, they are highly recommended!
