I have been a member of this bank for 24 years. TODAY, 10/5/2023 . I had a question about deposit of a money order issued from CITIZEN. The tellers are DRY, UNPROFESSIONAL and uninformative. Closing account soon. The service is not what it use to be and the ATM are always messed up.

This new branch manager is horrible. Tried to get help with fraud on my account and because I ask her to lower her tone in myPersonal space and she asked me to leave! Very disrespectful!!! They never had a branch manager like this. I’ve been using this branch for 7 yrs! Fire her!!!!

Manager I spoke with was terrible. Initially refused to speak to me about a fee. Was annoyed and not pleasant at all during our conversation, and then said she had no discretion when it came to fees which isn’t true at all. Another branch manager said the exact opposite thing she did.

I wish I could give 0 Stars. I went to this Branch to open an account and there was no follow-up/communication what so ever (2 weeks). Instead of the Bank Representative trying to save the customer she was trying to discourage me in regards to sending papers to the Legal Department. To add insult to injury I called on Friday and the Manager was just as bad very nonchalant. This is clearly poor customer service on both ends. With that being said unless it is my last option of branches to bank with I will not patronize them because that poor customer service, will make me shutdown all of my accounts and conduct banking elsewhere. Come on, customer service is key and even if there was no progress what’s the purpose of taking contact information if you’re NOT going to utilize it!!!!

Awful bank. A nasty teller just tried to charge me for a check written from one of their accounts made out to cash. Don't bother coming here, it's worth it to go out of your way to avoid these nasty old women.
