The teller needs her hair combed and maybe she would have a better attitude. She asked me how I came about this check? A cashiers check at that. She was being messy and ignorant for no apparent reason orher than just being ugly. I had to get the manager and he took care of it in less than one minute. I don't have any problem cashing a cashiers check at any other bank. They hire anybody.

This branch treated me as if I was not even a chase customer, I had my bank card and phone stolen during travel and they had no compassion for my situation, nor did they handle the due diligence to cancel my card/replace my card when I reported it stolen. I was told “ we don’t know you” when I went into the branch even tho I had a fully active chase account they treated me as if I had to be personally known by the tellers to withdraw my funds. After verifying my identity with the fraud department by phone I was then allowed to withdrawal my funds. I took out over 1000 and did not receive an envelope for my funds nor did I receive an apology for the inconvenience or mistreatment. A week or so after this my account was closed due to frequent inquired charges that were not even me. The card was never cancelled. I was never notified about my account closure until it already took place. If you are a young black entrepreneur I would not suggest going to this branch it may compromise your account.

This bank isn’t open after hours. The card doesn’t work at the door to let you into the ATM in the front.

The door that goes to the inside is never open at night anymore. So aggravating. I am closing my account first thing tomorrow.

Very good bank to go to at all times only gave them a 4 cause went to the one on cedar and the manager called this branch telling them not to service me and they did but it was a floating manager there, not the regular one cause when the regular manager came back I no problem with getting what I need
