Never been here but based on a conversation I had with one of your employees Saturday when I called you need to retrain your employees. I called to inquire about ECC/Nitrates for a customer because we did not have the brand he was looking for. Your employee said we don't have those but we have Royal Honey and it's the same thing. No it's not,one is ingestable and one if ingested can potentially kill you. Not even close to being the thing. Misinformation can cause harm,whether intentional or not. You need to do better. If they weren't familiar with what I was referring to they could have said that. There's no shame in not having all the answers.

Not a bad place at all , people at the counter are always helpful especially when you do t know to much about this subject. Only bad thing is the parking can get rough if it gets busy . There is a beautiful supply place across the street and a lounge next door so it can be headache to park on a Saturday in the afternoon but awesome place to shop

Sold a fake stundenglass from this shop. Do NOT shop here, unless you want to buy fake goods for overprice. I asked if they had stundenglass, kid behind the counter said yeah, right up there and 3 more in the back. Then they refused to refund after selling counterfeit goods under false pretense. No warranty, leaks and leaks, the glass came broken, doesn’t even have the place for an attachment. Please be aware this shop does not carry real stundenglass. And the guy behind the counter said “we sold a Mike Tyson 2.0 stundenglass last night, we have red and black in the back” gets one of these, from the back inferring it’s the red and or black stundenglass the shop carried from the back. Just be aware you need to pay attention if the products are real or not. It’s unused, they wouldn’t even look at it and refused to return since it was sold as the wrong product. The manufacturer of this product is also not licensed in the US, and I’m curious to see if this product is FDA approved, or one of those grey market use at your own risk produces. All I’m saying is be careful with the things this shop sells.

This place is ridiculous , i shopped here previously as it is next door to the old world tavern , they don't have to worry i may not be able to sue for my damaged shoes but i will make sure everyone i know knows not to shop here, my brand new Macy hills got stuck In the vent, and ruined instead of the worker being apologetic she was nasty and rude threatening to call police ,, no wander there's never any customers in here I was totally shocked by her unprofessional ,,behavior,, when i asked for the owner she became threatening i believe she is the owner and was in a rush to go get high or something out back ,,beware customers the display case is right by the vent
