After advising me, I said I’ll see you in the spring to get a new stripe, to which Ross replied, “Stop in now, I’ll put a patch on to get you through the winter.” After watching the care, patience, & time spent perfecting a “patch” he knew was only going to be around a few months, I truly appreciate Ross’s dedication to his craft. I had to cancel my first appointment, but they were super understanding and put me in the books for their next available. They even picked up and dropped my car off while I was at work! “Some attendants need to be more detailed on removing bugs and debris from car and windshield. I feel like a couple of your guys don't do such a great job in this area. Overall I do like this place. I wish there was a location in the Eastside of Cleveland area as I have to travel quite a ways to get here”

“I used the donut yourself bay. And I did a wonderful job. Lol. The soap came out when I pushed that button, the rinse sprayed water like it’s supposed too. Even the coating stuff came out. Who gives a bad review to a coin operated car wash? We all know how’s these work. Put your quarters in one at a time and you’ll be okay. If you don’t do a good job, review yourself.”

The crew did a nice job on the interior... cleaned up the consoles and the shift area perfectly- it looks like new! Cleaned and wiped all the windows - no streaks. Also polished the exterior and removed some hardened road tar. It now looks like a brand new car! Nice job... will return!”

“I initially met Jordan/ co -owner on a service call thru Progessive, I was having a problem with 1 of my 2 vehicles, the first one was beyond repair and he was very honest with me about that instead of offering services that would not only be expensive, but pointless. Then my daughter was having a problem with her vehicle and not only did they repair it at a vastly lower price than she was quoted at another shop, she was back on the road within a couple of days. THEN my 2 and main vehicle had a possible major problem and not only did they give a great diagnostic, they were able to repair something that could have potentially been really bad. I really appreciate both Jordan and Rico's professional approach and considering they are so young, I am COMPLETELY impressed and will be a customer for LIFE! You guys keep doing the dang thing and continue to be a positive role model forfor not only your son, but other black young men! Thank You!!!!”
