My package has been “lost” for a week now. I see everyone else has a problem with this USPS! What the heck is going on. If you had a package “lost” (which we know they stole it) report the facility.

This location "lost" my package... I am very upset about this. I hope they are able to find it and send it to the home it belongs to. It's been "lost" for almost a month now....looks like other people have experienced this. This location needs to be shut down. I don't know how they are still standing. Shame on you all. Contemplating on calling the local police station to explain the situation....

Friendly and Fast; What more could I ask for? I still wish the mailing envelopes were cheaper than Staples.Thanks for fixing the parking layout I don't feel like I'm gonna get killed walking up to the counter. Thanks again.

It's a quintessential small-town post office. At least on the outside and behind the service counter. However, the lobby area is fully-appointed and open 24/7. There's a mail slot in the lobby, and a familiar blue mailbox outside. There's also a good selection of PO boxes of various sizes. The lady behind the counter is a pleasure to deal with. Stop in and say, "Hi." even if you're just passing by. Note that the service counter closes for a lunch hour at 1 PM. My only ding is that there's no waste can in the lobby. Junk mail is pervasive, right? The Etna post office branch is a nice, friendly place to interface with the big US Postal Service in the sky. In a home town way.****

I’m pretty sure they stole my package that was traveling through this Post Office. It arrived at Etna post office and that was the last place it was updated. I hope whoever took it needed the masks and lanyards I bought for my 3 year old grandson as much as I did.

Always friendly and very helpful. Happy to answer question regarding postage. Never crowded. You want rude, try the Pickerington office.

Take 5-10 extra minutes and go to the Post Office on Broad Street and avoid this one. Lady that works at this one is incredibly rude, despite any customer being 100% respectful. Has overcharged me before saying something weighed more than it did (I have a postal scale at home, it weighed a few ounces., not 2 pounds)

Would give Zero stars if possible. The rudest lady in the world works here and has THE WORST attitude whenever you ask for help. Not to mention she has lied about the weight of a package before. Oh, and by the way, i see that my previous review from a few months ago was deleted. suspicious.

Seriously every single time I'm here it's always the rudest people working. I've tried so many times to be nice and friendly and just figure their having a bad day. But after a year of this, it's pretty clear that's just how they treat customers. Would definitely rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Pataskala Post Office.
