“I’ve been taking my car here for the last few issues I’ve had with it and I have never been dissatisfied.
Today, I explained to Tom on t he phone that I just got out of the hospital and haven’t been working due to medical issues so money was tight but I have a light that stays on when the car shuts off on my climate control and wasn’t sure if it’s a dire need to have fixed and if he could tell me if I need to make an appointment to get it fixed or not.
He told me to bring it to the shop and he’d assess the situation for me without charge. And it turned out to be nothing critical. Most companies would have charged me 100 dollars just for that and I’d been out of grocery money when the light was nothing needing fixed. They helped me without charging that fee this time because they are compassionate caring people and that is almost unheard of these days which is one reason I like to come here. They are caring people and have always done excellent work for me since coming here in January of this year.
I highly recommend.

We were passing through and our alternator belt broke off. We thought we’d have to get a hotel and leave our car at a shop overnight. Luckily, Kris was able to squeeze us in and get us back on the road in no time. He even brought us cold gatorades and candy for the kids while we waited. Great customer service, I highly recommend this shop!”
“Brian Smith from Kenda went above and beyond. I had bought a bike that has the Regolith Pro TR tires and they have some wobble to them, I reached to Kenda and Brian emailed me right away. He asked for video and after seeing it the next day repsonded they would send me new tires under warranty. Great company and great tire for XC/trail riding.”

“Wife got a flat and I needed (I thought) 2 new tires and a rotation- ideally same day as it was a Sunday and she worked Monday. I called several places, and eventually talked to Cody who said if I got it to him by 3 pm he would finish it by end of day and squeeze it in (after several other places said they couldn’t). Got there, and Cody was awesome- knowledgeable, friendly, professional. We ended up checking tread on all tires and it made the most sense to just replace all 4- Cody made sure we got the tire that had a buy 3 get 1 free which helped- otherwise I may have tried to replace 2 and save the other 2 for another time.At any rate, great experience, great service, car drives great- in and out same day. Whatever position Cody has promote him! We’ll be coming back for all rotations and tire needs.”

“I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager and staff.
We were a few hours into a 3 day road trip when the tire light came on. A valve stem from a recently purchased set of tires hadn't seated properly, and was leaking. Not the sort of repair I can do on the road or at a hotel. They managed to fit me in around other appointments as best they could, repair the leak, and send us on our way for no charge. We were in a bind, and ready to pay whatever we needed, but instead, we got "Have a nice day". It was unexpected, unnecessary, and I'll admit I choked up a bit. Thankfully, the rest of the trip was entirely uneventful and we made all our overnight reservations.”

Not only were they able to squeeze me in quickly, they were able to assess that the tire did not actually need replacing as another location had specified. “I visited Firestone because the car has 20,000 miles and I was told at Honda one tire was cupped. Firestone advised me ALL FOUR tires on the Honda CR-V are cupped. I noticed the ride after my 15,000 mile oil change/tire rotation. My hope is that Bridgestone will replace these defective tires.”
