Didn’t give me the correct code when rented. Code on email didn’t work. Had to wait 30 mins for call back as we sat with loaded trucks waiting to get in. Gave me a new code then without notice changed my code back to original a few weeks later. Costs a fortune and no one is ever there. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back. $162 for a garage with only remote customer service is crazy!

Very easy process to set up our storage unit as well as a great deal on the use of their moving truck. Reasonably priced and every member of the staff I worked with was phenomenal. I especially appreciated the courtesy calls every month when my payment was due. It really made the process of payment simple and efficient! Highly recommend and will us them again for any future storage needs!

Great location! Most reasonably rates around. The staff is amazing, my favorite and best thing about Storage One! They take to heart that my things are valuable to me, even if to no one else. I am shown such respect and importance, the staff truly cares.
