If you plan to use this storage company be sure to not move your things out until the very end of the month. Otherwise they will charge you for the entire month even after removing your items within the 1st week of a new month. Highway robbery if you ask me.

Staff was really nice and knowledgeable. A very clean facility. The storage bins are clean. I would recommend using the facilities The price for storage is OK but the staff may need to tell you about fees upfront

I would not store here again. I opened my unit under old ownership with no issues. Now, the actual cost of the units are not the price quoted. They have added $20 in hidden fees. This is to cover maintenance & carbon offset amongst other things. They do not answer the phone during business hours and are not timely to respond to emails.

This company switched owners and now after speaking to a district manager when he was there last month after telling us our bill wouldn't increase now our bill has went up $20 with NO NOTICE! I have been waiting since last week to hear back from him this location never answers the phone this is ridiculous
