this location is a historic site located in Etna Township Ohio on historic Route 40 it was first opened up as a Motor Lodge back in the twenties it's a it's a on the first highway in the United States it's now currently under renovation in New Management

I think this place has a lot of potential! It has rooms, a restaurant and "thrift" or resale store. Confidently located on Rt. 40. Close to 310 and I70. Near Pataskala and Newark. Offers nightly or weekly stays. Great prices when they were opened as a hotel. Someone should buy it!
