If you request to cancel, they will not honor that request and will continue to charge your card. We called, followed up 4 times, in writing, and then had to call again. This is a terrible way to do business. My son, who is a minor and works hard for his money, could not get these leaches off of his debit card.

The “car wash” just isn’t what it used to be… They used to be a great value. Don’t give me wrong, I value the wash and the vacuum. However, the price keeps going up and value is going down. Plus they keep putting different messages and upsells on the screen…You pay for the convenience to zip right through…but then get stopped with a random message. I used to recommend moo moo car wash to everybody… Not doing that anymore.

Consumer beware! Once you agree to have funds deducted monthly this company has the right to increase their rates without your approval and acceptance.....Not my way of doing business. Just say NO!!!!

Horrible customer service buy the most expensive wash and given the cheapest then told I must have bought the wrong one. General manager said nothing to help the situation and didn’t even try to help the situation. Horrible business.

I just became a new Creme de la Crème member at Moo Moo. The Moo Moo by me inGroveport is so awesome! And even on subzero temperatures and terrible conditions, they were still there with a smile on their face ready to make sure everyone’s cars were clean. I highly recommend moo moo.

Went to the car wash today and the hubcap got caught on something towards the end of the wash and was pushed off the track. Not a lot of staff around and no one was paying attention. Managed to make it out without the hubcap and when I alerted the staff afterwards they didn’t seem to believe me. I told them to go ahead and watch the video. They then finally went to look for the hubcap and found it mangled in the corner. No one could find the manager and they all seemed annoyed that I wanted to report the incident. Although, one employee told me the same thing happened last week. Would love to know if there is a corporate office I could call?

Terrible experience at the North Hamilton rd location. Our Honda Pilot was poorly washed, back end was missed. Only 2 out of the 4 tires were shined. When I called the lady blamed the equipment for not working half the time and said we needed to specify to clean the back in more detail?? No offer to fix or redo the car wash. Won’t be back.

tried to use a promo deal and found out the deal was rigged to be unusable. Reached out to their customer service line and they told me I was out of luck and then ignored me. don't trust any deals that moo moo might offer. it's a scam to get you in line

Make sure that this company employees explain to you how there services work. The employee did not explain that every month they would take money out my account. Customer service Doug Parker contacted me and said. We can’t give you your money back! I informed him know one told me the policy. I asked him to have his manager Corey Patterson to contact me. Instead Corey sent me a email 2minutes after as if he didn’t want to address my issue verbally over the phone. I thought it was very rude of him and he’s the Head of Customer Service Associate! I asked that I would be payed out from the Months they were taking money and they said “No”!

I frequent the Lancaster branch and continue to be both impressed, and highly satisfied with the quality of the Car Wash, Vacuums, and Customer Service. I have purchased memberships for my family car and truck. Added note: Our family car was involved in an auto accident, and after repairs were made, the repair shop said to not run the car through a car wash for 2 months, allowing the paint to fully set up and dry. Because I was already on the monthly membership plan, MooMoo had already taken out my monthly payment, allowing a service I would not be able to enjoy. They gladly, and quickly refunded my money without hassle. Thanks for bringing MooMoo to Lancaster. I am a very satisfied, and frequent customer, and always highly recommend you to everyone.

I bought the creme de la creme (“best value”) wash and am very disappointed. I was hoping it would at least get rid of the water spots from my kids hosing off my truck. Nope. Still covered in water spots. And the auto-dryer was not even working. This car “rinse” was not worth the $18 I wasted.

Best wash in Columbus. Every time I go, I get excellent customer service and the wash itself is second to none. Definitely recommend
