This used to be my favorite place to stop. It's still clean but the last 5 stops or so there has been a line waiting to check out and nobody behind the counter. Either the cashier is cleaning showers or something else ?. The wait times have been 5 to 10 minutes or more. For someone driving a route this is not good.

I WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN! They have NOTHING but cheap low grade gasoline. There is never any tea, sometimes no sugar or no coffee. The showers are filthy. And parking, they allow truckers and delivery drivers to stay overnight in the parking lot yet they practice selective discretion and hassle others away by threatening to tow because supposedly you're parked in an employee parking area. There are NO signs designating any such area. There are "1 hour parking" signs sure, but as I said, they allow delivery service vans to park overnight in the SAME PARKING AREA. The staff here is rude beyond and above. I stayed here 1 night and I was accused of "leaving my vehicle" which I DID NOT DO. Not only will I NOT EVER return this truckstop, I think I will boycott ALL Love's locations because of this negative experience. It is PATHETIC when minimum wage labor goes on a powertrip and plays favoritism with who they allow to park overnight instead of focusing on their job. Stop here at your own risk, I will not return and will continue to tell everyone about my experience. DOWN WITH Love's!

Very clean store but allowing drivers to park anyway they want is a huge draw back it was very nice to see that they hired a man in a wheel chair I love it when corporations hire handicapped people

I bring my own coffee cup that i bought earlier and she didn’t allow me to get refills what a peace of work all i could tell it was just hate from nowhere

Wish I could give 0 stars have an emergency situation need to drop trailer to take co driver to the er and was told no but yet 3 other trailers are dropped and they aren’t towing. Shouldn’t ask for permission should just do.

So I blew a drive tire in my semi and limped it to the loves the service was top notch not only did they take me right away they said and hour to and hour in a half 45 minutes I was in serviced out the door great big thanks to Jake and the rest of the crew for the awesome service!!! Loves by far has the best service freshest food and friendly service two thumbs up!!!!!

Always a great experience at Love’s. 4 stars to this location because they don’t have a dog run.All other love’s locations that I have been to have a dog run which makes it a perfect spot for gas refill, quick bite on the road and a great spot for my dog to stretch his limbs.This one missed the mark.

Arrived around 1530 yesterday, parking in the truck area was sparce. Got me a shower that went fine, so there is no issue there. The 1 star demerit comes from the night cashiers being absent and the hard to find parking. Don't know if loves can do this, but a paid lot where you could use points would be a heck of an idea.
