Scheduled a towing the day before. No call no show at the towing time. Driver showed up 2hrs late. Not his fault due to just getting the call. Gave another chance and rescheduled the tow for the following day at a scheduled pick up time. No call and no show again. Will not use this company again. You have to communicate with clients. Businesses have lost respectful communication.

The lady on the phone was super friendly. She told me it would be an hour to an hour and a 1/2 before somebody would get to me. They got there in about 2 hours but But there was a really bad storm, so it was understandable. The driver came. He was even friendlier than the woman on the phone. He got my car hooked up and the way we went. The truck itself was super clean and smelled good, which was a plus And the driver was super friendly and it was like riding with one of my friends I knew for a long time and not awkward at all. Thank you, chuck's towing for everything and thank you West for making a stressful morning a lot less stressful. I hope I don't break down but if I do. I'll be giving you guys a call again.

Towed my Vehicle to their impound lot at 8pm instead of driving 8 miles further to the location I requested after i totalled car.Outside that being annoying from a "24 hour" tow company, the customer service was great and very helpful to finish up.

Was assigned Chucks Towing from our insurance provider to tow a car with a flat tire. Waited 3 hours then they decided to drop the job. No communication along the way either. Thanks for wasting my time.

Very terrible and unprofessional service , my insurance had assigned this business to help me with a car lockout service . This business unlocked my Vehicle without my presence and I go back to the vehicle it won’t start and alarm kept going off. I tried calling them but this lady in the office was very aggressive and kept going . Don’t use them. Very unprofessional!!!!!!Service: Car lockouts
