Always able to get the help needed. Never an issue when appointment for getting propane is needed also. Staff very friendly and courtesy and helpful. Would recommend suburban propane to anyone.

Suburban Propane is amazing. I want to give a huge shout out to the servicemen that came out to my property, Sean and Mark. They handled everything with a professional manner and figured out everything that was needed to get my house set up with propane. I also want to give a huge shout out to Ann, in the office, she has been a saving grace throughout the entire process of getting everything set up, including with pointing me in the right direction of local community resources to help get us started with the process. Thank you so much to these people and the company. I'm really happy to be apart of the Suburban Family. Y'all are amazing!

Just got a bill for $4.599 per gallon when the going rate regionally appears to be closer to $2.72 per gallon. Will be changing suppliers. Wish I'd done it sooner.

Been customers probably 9-10 yrs and have never had an issue. Driver filledme up the otherday and didn't even know he was here.

Issues from day one. Customer service is friendly but incompetent.So many mistakes have been made regarding our account. We will be switching companies after winter.

They are the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! STAY AWAY!!!! We use them at our ski cabin and have had many problems. They did not add enough methane to our tank over TWO winters and it froze and we had to impose on our neighbors and drive over an hour to thaw the tank. Then we just got home from 10 weeks with our family in another state and found a "we have stopped your deliveries" letter because you owe $51 dollars? What? We buy in the Summer for Pre-pay prices. Mind you, they have our email, phone and did not do anything except send a letter with no explanation. We have had their service 11 years. NOW they decided to charge a $50 "tank fee". We had no notice of this, they sent us to their internal "collections department" which never contacted us. Our neighbors who use them got the same surprise bill. Never had any of them paid a tank fee! They rep "Amy" was a total rude and that word we all are thinking! Needless to say, once our propane is used they can kiss us goodbye!!!

I'm a new customer to Suburban, and I believe it was a gentleman by the name of Brendan who installed my tanks, he was very nice and considerate during the visit. We were told they'd be out soon to fill the tanks to capacity, I was surprised when they were out first thing the following morning to do so.I dealt with Ann and Beth in the office prior to and after my installation, both of whom were very pleasant to deal with.

Horrible customer service!! BEWARE!!! It's always a challenge communicating and reasoning with the Staff. If it wasn't for the underground tank, service would've been transferred years ago! I won't mention specific staff members by name, however communicating with a customer in the means that "your better than another" never gets you anywhere, when certainly this isn't the case!!!
