Speedway in Monroe Ohio has a Cafe that is poorly managed and filthy. The employees routinely F Bomb loudly in front of customers. The food they put out is often so hurriedly made that it is inedible. The cafe manager speaks poorly of customers in Spanish not comprehending many non-latino people speak fluid Spanish. I will no longer go to this location. There is a really nice Thornton's on the other side of the bridge.

The lady that works in hermitage TN store number 4343 has the WORST attitude and its every time I come in that store! If you don't hand her your stuff like literally hand it to her she huffs and puffs. I had 4 drinks went to put them on the counter she waved her hand at me to hand her the drink then only put 1 of the 4 drinks in the bag and stood there and looked at me as if I was supposed to bag the rest of my drinks. I was so disgusted I just took the drink and left the bag sitting on the counter. I will NOT be back into another speedway if this is the people they have working their counter!

contact the Michigan Department of Attorney General's, Consumer Protection Division For any store that doesn’t take bottle returns in Michigan when they sell the product and charge for the deposit but tell you they don’t take bottle returns. And they serve food in the port Huron stores and tell you the bathrooms are closed for servicing at 10 at night until 6 in the morning because they don’t want drug addicts overdose in their stores at night not everyone is a drug user. The store on 24th and oak is ran like it’s some kindergarten round up and the leads are just picked out of the deck and now they are the wild cards when some are good picks but some are just not ready for the position and now they play the authority trip immature people are not business ready. Don’t let them break the law and don’t allow them to be not reported if it gets to far start a class action lawsuit against the store. Get together and stop these crooks from stealing a dime at a time and not allowing people to use the restroom because they want to lie about the bathroom out of order. I know better and I don’t own the store so I would think that the owner would know more than me about it. But I could be wrong.

Speedway in Circleville Ohio on North Court Street is terrible with their slushy machine. Half the time they aren't working. If they are they aren't frozen. I am to the point to go to Sheetz or Sonics.This is ashamed because they use to e nice.

Use to be able to get breakfast sandwiches during morning hours in New Philadelphia but, once they sellout they will NOT make no more. If I go to Dover walk in say 5pm they'll make it on the spot which was nice but New Philadelphia won't and Dover is farther away to..I just don't feel like eat hamburgers at 10am

Trash employees, no product in stock except lottery tickets and cigarettes. Milk is either out of stock or well past the expiration. Careless employees on cell phones. Then randomly half the stores only take credit and the other ones only take cash.Just another company who used the pandemic as an excuse to lower their standards.

My husband for some reason is faithful to this chain. I see it as being the most ran down and nastiest gas chain. Several pumps are usually out of service a well. I can only hope that someday Casey’s will buy these sites out and doze these them and start over.

Bought a ren dollar lottery ticket from the machine. It came out in two halfs. I ask the manager to replace it with one whole ticket was told no she wasn't going to short the lottery. I did not pick that ticket so I could just scratch the bottom. I am very angry this is also the second time she has been rude to me. It is dead wrong to treat anyone like that especially a customer...

34740 Euclid Avenue Willoughby Ohio 44094This speedway is the worst gas station in the neighborhood. They will let the line get so long before the mgr step in, to open another register to help the cashier. I am a regular there but not anymore I will drive the extra miles to the speedway in Wickliffe. Going in yesterday on December 15, 2023 the cashier was not happy he had very negative body language while doing my lottery. Then I went back today 12-16-23 same cashier act like he didn’t know how to do lottery so he called the assistant that claim I had a attitude after I said I come in everyday and you do this then she started yelling and threw me out the store at this point it’s time to call home office for at least 2 years I’ve ignored the laziness and rudeness in this store because it’s close to home. The store have a extremely high turnover every couple months they have new people the store is very nasty, the pop area have gnats everywhere even coming out of the pop and ice machine if this make it to home office I hope you guys can take care of these problems for the other customer that continue to come there also train your employees at this location about what they should and shouldn’t do at the job and to have better customer service.

Speedway is a Horrible place to work for, Managers are lazy and they leave only ONE employee from 9pm to morning here and there! No Manager!! at a Truck Stop!, across the street from a Bar and a Lot Lizard filled other Gas Station. Convenience for you, Fear! and letting people take What Ever they want so they don't take your life!!! is owned by 7-11 and 7-11 is not an American co. bought out in 2005. Support America! go to a Phillips, Chevron or Mobil they are still based in the USA.

In Tucson AZ the Broadway Wilmot location after buying a soda and a few pies the manager Duane kicked me off the property after 15 minutes when I was sitting in the sun not bothering anyone an c threatens to call the cops on me. Boycott these stores I won't help pay one's salary when they don't do customer service. I wanted to smack him bcus of his ignorance.
