The speedway gas station on Farson Avenue in Belpre, OH, Is nothing but an embarrassment. The pumps are all in terrible shape and the place is falling apart. It’s so unfortunate given the fact this location is so busy and located right at the intersection of a busy highway. I cannot understand why they would not shut it down and redo that whole sight!! You’re lucky to ever get a receipt at the pump and it still has a bathroom OUTSIDE! ! What in the world are you all thinking? Gut this place and start over!! Do better!!

I'm am so frustrated at the station on 21st in Newark Ohio. The pumps NEVER take your rewards card outside at the pumps making it so inconvenient. When you repeatedly go in & question it, the staff look at you like you expect too much. I will not go there anymore.

Whe in this morning around 11 am the girl yah in there is rude and want to curse me out over my id that expire tomorrow and would not allow me to buy my cigarettes because it expired tomarrow make no sense says her system would not allow it she just raciest and give me a hard time everytime I come here it sad that there still ppl like her and allowed to work in the general public

I was trying to get my gas tank full from empty, then stop there, that manger -short guy- start laughing talking with another customer and I asking him his was laughing to me, He affirm "yes a little bit" I don't living in that area, either in that city/town and very occasionally stop on my way there...then I came back to the pump #3 to put my gasoline was $30.oo prepaid, them the pump stop in 18.dllrs I came back and ask the other attendance if he was stoped the pump, they said they can't do that but in first place he said I'm the boos so I refuse to serve you i don't want you here anymore so you can go moving the hand saying "go, go". He said "I'm the Boss.
Sorry about this trouble!
But this people around this area big area around, act like that pretty much.

I was in your speedway at 528 and Enchanted hills in Rio Rancho NM today January 11,2025 at 10:30 am young girl was behind the counter was not wearing name tag refused to give me her name Asked for a Manager said she was alone she refused to wait on me and Rudly asked me to leave I had asked for two number 3 scratchers she pulled two number 2 scratchers when I corrected her she threw the scratchers on the side counter harshly and in front of other customers and told me she was not going g to give me any service I gas up and frequently at your company I feel you should have your employees trained on customer service Never had I been humiliated and embarrassed at your company before Thank you

I used to frequent the N. Broad street location every day. I loved the staff, they always had smiles on their faces and were always friendly. It was like a second family when I’d go in for my morning coffee. However now, for some reason the manager from the 5 points location is at both her store and broad street. And this girl, I believe her name is Morgan, is so very rude and completely disrespectful to her employees and far from professional. Since she’s been there, they’re always out of product. I went in one morning and they didn’t have coffee lids. I asked if they had any in the back and she got an attitude with me. Like it was my fault they didn’t have a product that seems like an important staple to their customers. I have been in there and heard her get rude with her employees. Nobody should ever be treated the way she treated this poor girl. However she felt that discussing this girl being late loud and obnoxious was appropriate and it was completely unacceptable. Guess I need to start going to Sheetz instead. And I hate their coffee!!!!

Your speedway in worthington has a closed sign for 15 minutes taped on the door. You have guest who want to buy gas and shop but it's closed. Someone might want to investigate why your business closes for 15 minutes.....

Speedway used to always be my go to gas station but they have gotten really dumpy. Sorry but it seems like there is no upkeep. Gonna have to source out some other gas stations.
