“Branch Manager, Amy, is one of the most competent people I’ve had the pleasure of working with in a customer service setting. My husband and I needed help with a mortgage issue, went in and explained it to her once (it was quite complicated so I was expecting to have to explain multiple times to multiple people) and she understood everything right away. She made a phone call on our behalf and sorted out every single concern we had. She didn’t give up until our issue was resolved and even followed up with us to make sure we saw that it had all been taken care of. “I recently became a member of wpcu and after a rough start(neither by no fault from the credit union or I) with an auto loan, they helped me get it worked out. From the start they had my best interest at heart when thoroughly checking each vehicle and making sure it would be a wise purchase for me. But by far Jordan was amazing and went well above what Im sure his duties are, to listen to me, understand, and worked with me, communicating options, offered advice, and explained what they could do to help find a resolution. “This is my "go to" store for specific items and the prices are great. I buy their olive oil, nuts, cheeses, and frozen fish. The store is clean and organized. I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.”
“Okay, this review thing is very strange to me. Many 1s, many 5s and some 2s, 3s, and 4s. I'm not discounting others' poor experiences, but I have had nothing but kind and helpful people help me. They're lovely, informative, and patient. When setting up additional accounts, managing fraud alerts, and asking potentially dumb questions, I have nothing but good things to say.”
