“Suburban Propane (SP) has been incredibly responsive to my needs regardless of whether the issue concerned my propane tank or soft water conditioner. And speaking of the latter, a couple of years ago, the water conditioner tank that I was using went south on me. SP dispatched a technician to repair it. He said that I had an option of having it fixed or replacing it for a marginal additional rental fee a month. I chose to have it replaced and it has saved me a great deal of money as I don't have to fill it with salt anywhere near as often as the old system. Thanks for looking after your customers SP!”
