“Just had a oil change done on my truck but before that i had noticed i was leaking oil. I going my truck in and when i went to pick it up it was no charge. They said it was there fault from the last oil change that the oil filter wasn't tight enough. This is what i love about them if they know it was there fault they fix it with no charge. I have been dealing with New Carlisle Dodge for about 9 yrs and I love the family vibe. Everybody is so nice there and they know how to treat there customers. So anybody that wants to buy a Ram or Jeep I recommend them 100%. I will never go to another dealer.”

Didn’t give a 5 star rating just because I was told my credit wouldn’t be pulled more than once and was pulled three times, that was bit disappointing. Other than that it was great!
