Worst experience ever. Went in happy cause I love Walgreens deals. They have the best rewards program. I went in with my husband to do some shopping and also I went in with some coupons. It was my first time couponing so I told my husband to go on in the store somewhere else so I wouldn't feel rushed. He was never too far behind me to make sure I was okay. He was also looking at the deals on his phone in case I missed something. I was taking my time making sure I was getting everything when I heard one of the employees come up to my husband and ask him if he needed help with anything in a very rude tone. She also pointed out that he was going around the store for quite some time so he must need help. Making it obvious that she thought he was stealing. My husband in fact minding his business and was scrolling on his phone while watching our baby, as he waited for me to finish my shopping. I heard this and I started to go towards my husband to see what the issue was. My husband lets her know he is just waiting for his wife to do some shopping. She turns and sees me coming her way and proceeds to say “You guys tag teaming or something “ and she walks away saying if we need any help to let them know but very rudely. I don't know if they deal with shoplifting at this location but I do know that she could have handled that situation differently without being so rude and just assuming. As well as my husband was minding his business while he waited on me.

The drive thru is a complete joke. Sitting in line for 45 minutes to pick up a prescription is unacceptable. This location is in serious need of new leadership and training!

The pharmacy is inconsistent. For example, I'll get a robo call that tells me my prescription is read. I go to pick up my meds, and they're not ready. This even happens when you speak to them in person. They yell you when the meds will be ready, you go to pick them up, and "oh we accidently sent it out to our mail order pharmacy. It won't be here until tomorrow". The disorganiztion is evident.

Don't go here for photo prints, ever. Wish there was a 0 star option. Completely incompetent at printing and most importantly, trimming the prints. Entire order of unevenly and varying degrees of poorly trimmed prints that would not work in frames. Then she tried to blame the clearly inept trimming on me, how it must have been how I prepared the files. Never again. Horrible customer service. You should be embarrassed at the quality of your cutting board work. Thank you for wasting a few hours of my day.

Once again after 6 hours and confermation of receiving my rx from doctor office it's not ready again. 3 employees in the whole store. WTH Walgreens. Your employees and customers deserve better...

I NEED HELP to understand why, I had to wait 3 days for my prescription!!?? My Doctor sent in a refill for my medication on MONDAY never received a notice that it was ready I called on Wednesday and was told they received a delivery but had NO staff to count or stock it, BUT since I called it will be ready in 2 hours, it was not ready 2.5 hours later .... BUT and since I called they will work on it and be ready within 30 minutes, WHAT does that mean? I asked in 30 minutes you will be closed for Lunch,!!..
IT WILL be ready when you get here was the response!! ......BUT PLEASE answer my question WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT, your staffing issues are NOT MY issue!!

I love my Walgreens. I can park by the door and take my walker in for a leisurely shopping experience. I saved $8 at the onset for being a rewards member (just put my phone number in the credit card scanner). Previously I’d purchased a very expensive Cera Ve lotion to remedy a patch of itchy skin. This visit I find I can buy TWO bottles of the Walgreen brand (which has the same ingredients as Cera Ve) for the price of one Cera Ve. Yay! I also picked out all of the greeting cards I needed for June & July birthdays and anniversaries. They carry the best Hallmark cards. My brain decides it needs a Twix bar (haven’t had one of those in ages). 2 for $5? Well, thank you I think I will. My brain says I’ll be thirsty. 2 BAI cherry wonder waters for $4? Yes, thank you very much. Only 10 calories and it contains Vitamin C. The most fun of all is at the cash register with the nicest most cheerful lady. We chit chat about my excellent purchases and she reminds me to come back to Walgreens soon. My pleasure! I look forward to it.
P.S. - With my receipt I receive two coupons. One is $7 cash reward with $35 purchase expiring in 7. Another coupon for $5 off my next health and wellness purchase. Easy-peasy to do that and it expires in 15 days. Thanks, Walgreens!

Terrible pharmacy! Slow and understaffed. I constantly have issues trying to get medications filled, if it is even in stock. Medication refills requested by pharmacy are not allegedly received from the doctor by the pharmacist leaving me to chase down my doctor for multiple refill requests. The Walgreens app is terrible! Communication when issues arise from the pharmacy are not proactive. If you get your meds from here, make sure you have about 2 weeks on hand or you might run the risk of doing without. If you need a prescription filled on the spot, I would go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever. They told me at 2 pm they had my medication in stock. Then at 5:30 I went to Walgreen's and it wasn't filled. They said it would take 10 minutes, not a big deal right? So I waited, and then she came back and said that my meds they have in stock are expired.... Terrible

Called yesterday to see if what my dad needs is in stock. It took 35 min to get an answer. It isn’t. Evidently has to be ordered. After reading reviews I don’t think we will do business here.

Slow, disorganized, rude, do not care even a little bit. Scripts are never ready when they say. They will tell you to come back at a certain time and when you get back it still isn’t done. The whole staff is just sort of standing around most of the time while the line of customers just keeps getting longer.

Script was called in at 2:30 pm it is now almost 7pm, the time the pharmacy closes. No one will answer the phone script still says in progress and I will now go the night without my inhaler. This is EVERY time at this Walgreens, I will now send my scripts to Huber Heights and just make the drive, at least I know I will have my scripts. Worst Walgreens ever!
