Went in to have 2 forms notarized. Waited in line for almost 20 min only to find the notary doesn't come in until 1pm. ALL signage posted in the store offer services during open hours. It would be courteous to customers and good business to clearly post the TRUE hours services are offered. This will make for happier and not waste valuable customers time.

I went to pick up our (2) $1700 mobile phones and the employee Abby drops one of them in front of me, another customer, and 2 other employees. Before it happened I yelled, "watch out those are cell phones" and after dropping them she laughs. I said to her "are you laughing right now"? And she lies to my face and says "no" to me in front of everyone and i fire back at her "then what are you doing right now"? "How could you be laughing"? As she continues to laugh she says, "well they're in boxes." And the other 2 employees were silent.She also did not ask for ID or give me a receipt.HEY UPS, MAKE SURE THE NEXT TIME I GO IN THERE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEE ABBY IS NOT.That location's customer service is atrocious and none of them gave an apology. Time for re-training.

The employees are so nice! I come in a couple times a month - typically for Amazon returns and they’re great. Quick and efficient service! I never feel rushed and everyone I’ve met is welcoming + knowledgeable! And it always smells good in there lol

[Edit] They're still at it. They always present the most expensive option first, then pause. Then you have to ask for less expensive options. The cheapest is always presented last. Recently, another customer came in needing a box for their shipment. Instead of measuring the contents (it was one bag with everything in it), they eyeballed it and suggested a box to buy from them. The box was way too big. They did not take the box back and give a smaller one. Now, they measure and weigh everything before it goes out, so how hard would it have been to measure the bag and sell the right-sized box? And the incident where I mentioned weight accuracy, it actually happened to me because the clerk did not clear the weight from the scale for the previous customer. So I'll say again, do your research and know approximately what it should cost for your shipment. I'm not sure if it's the UPS Store corporate policy or just this store, but you always have to pry the cheapest shipping option out of them.[Edit]They do a good job shipping but they are constantly up-selling to more expensive shipping. You have to explicitly ask for the cheapest rate. They do not willingly give it out. Also, they're not 100% accurate in how they weigh and measure packages. Be advised to know your packages dimensions and weight and have an idea of what it should cost.

Supposed tonhave notary on duty. Wasted time moneyband effort driving here only to find "no notary today" multiple times. Get you're stuff together or don't advertise it!!!
