We came to have forms notarized and scanned to our email. The staff were so helpful each time. I believe Abbey was our employee. Every experience we have at the Englewood branch has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately this review is for the company as a whole, I’m not entirely sure what the role of this location was but we overnighted a package on a Friday, paid a ridiculous amount, which is totally fair, to have something delivered Saturday morning and the package did not arrive until Tuesday. After hours on the phone, I finally spoke to a “supervisor” who then kept me on hold to talk to billing. Well come to find out, they were not working on a refund or really anything that would help me but instead the “supervisor” said they were sending me to a “supervisor” in billing. Well that was a lie as well because I was sent to an automated line that told me we would not be getting a refund nor will anyone on the phone be able to change that. And they also could not provide an answer as to why it was delayed. All they could say was there was possibly a change order, which there was not, or a discrepancy in weight, which can’t be true either because it doesn’t show a change of weight in the packing slip. It’s mind blowing to me how incompetent this customer service system is. As of now, we will be using FedEx exclusively unless customer specified. What an absolute joke!

Overall, I have had consistently positive experiences at the UPS store on Main Street in Englewood, Ohio. The staff members are friendly and efficient, and the wait times are usually minimal. I appreciate the convenience of the Amazon self-checkout option, as it saves me time when dropping off packages. The store is always clean and well-maintained, which is a plus. I will definitely continue to use this location for my shipping needs.

To keep things short it’ll be best and better to go to the Huber location I attempted to stop in for a short print out of papers the line was outrageous as usual but the attitude of the employees over this last year is just nasty and terrible

Would not accept my packages to ship due to a hazard? Made me drive to the hub to ship them. The hub told me that was unnecessaryand that this place should have shipped them. Get your policies straight, wasted my time.

No good experience
I pay for my envelope to be delivered as express $45 and they said it will be delivered next day and it’s not it took 4 days and they don’t want return my money back.

Helpful, quick, smart, professional staff! I was dreading a huge amazon return I needed to make with many different QR codes and bags of grouped items, but the line moved quick and they got my items scanned in fast, even ones I accidentally printed too small.
