I checked the list and read through reviews and called in yesterday for an appointment. The girl who initially answered the call said Monday but got me in for today. She was very courteous and friendly. I took the car early morning, met Jimmy & Kevin. They offered to give me a ride home so I didn't need to get an Uber. By midday, Kevin called and ran through the issues found, explained it and told me the cost. By 5pm, it was ready to be picked up. Very nice people, excellent customer service, fast & efficient work and knowledgeable staff. The pricing seem reasonable. I'll bring my car here from now on. Thank you!”

I will preface this by saying that I am a female. If you are a female, you know you have to worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to repair shops. I was nervous to find a good shop to diagnose and repair my 2018 Hyundai Sonata before our family vacation. After speaking with my SIL, she recommended New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech. I called, explained the issue and they got me in quickly. My car was throwing a large emission leak code and had some RPM issues. They first recommended replacing the gas cap (and a severely past due oil change, I was 10k over), as this is a common issue of the code and my gas cap was in terrible condition (showed me the cracks in the rubber seal) and had a strong chance of resolving the issue. They told me if the light came back on, to call back immediately and they would complete a smoke test to determine where the leak was. Unfortunately I have the worst luck and the light did come back on a few days later. I called and they fit me in the same week even though they were booked solid. Within a few hours they called and let me know that they detected the leak and it was my purge valve. They got it replaced and I was back on the road the same day! They were fantastic to deal with! They took their time describing what the issues were and did not try to push any extra things on me. They drove me home the first day so I did not have to sit in the shop waiting. They generally made me feel so much more comfort with the entire process. And they were very fair with pricing as well! I was extremely nervous on the cost of all of this and I was pleasantly surprised when the actual bill came! I am so relieved to have my car back and repaired. I will always recommend these guys to anyone who asks and we are planning on scheduling my husbands truck for some needed repairs!”

“I like this place. They offer scheduled appointments and do the work in a timely manner. Most importantly for me - the balancing work they do is good. So many tire places slop through balancing. I just can't stand the vibration of a poorly balanced car. I won't even set foot in a discount tire after many balancing jobs gone wrong. This place does it right. Friendly staff and reasonable prices too.”
