They are closing . You can't reach on phone and over weekend they never opened. Thyroid and cholesterol medication called in 7 days ago still not filled.

Since I switched to the Englewood Ohio Pharmacy from CVS I have had no issues. The Pharmacy staff are kind and do their job well. They are extremely busy so I really hope they are able to get some help. I never have to wait long to fill medications I take daily. Hope this store stays open.

I switched from mail meds to my local pharmacy. I can NEVER reach anyone by phone. I do understand they are busy however I work full time as well. They have a couple staff who are very kind when I visit the store. Carolyn is exceptionally helpful. There is a female pharmacist who is not.
I try off hours, try all different times to call but unfortunately no answer. I have to physically go to the store. Is there as solution to talking to anyone?

Eli is always so helpful. He really goes above and beyond for customers. Interactions with him are always positive. He has a great attitude. I’ve lived in a lot of cities and even states over the years (and therefore have used a lot of pharmacies locally and nationally) and Eli is the best employee I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. I use this particular location because the staff have great manners and seem to care. Thanks Eli!

The service is awful and not what it used to be. There are always a number of staff there roaming around the pharmacy but NEVER answers the phone for customers or other pharmacies.

Pharmacy staff Robert and Cyril literally stayed past closing time to help me fill antibiotics for my daughter. So impressed with how kind and courteous they were. Hope Rite Aid appreciates and recognize them.

When asked why the Cold and Cough Medication availability have been almost non existent for the past 3 months that I have been coming in the store....I was met with..there is a nationwide shortage. I said...."I just don't buy that anymore but thank you very much". The Pharmacy associate said to me as I turned to walk away....."If you wanna blame somebody....blame Joe". I said "excuse me?". The pharmacist said..."He's talking about Joe Biden". How in the world is this appropriate to say to a customer? I come to a pharmacy for my medications and advice. Your Political Babble just lost you a customer. Shame on You!

Carolyn and Cyril are great pharmacists! Robert is my favorite associate! Thanks for being so personable and friendly! They need more associates and pharmacists like them! It is very helpful to sign up for the rewards program and prescription courtesy reminders!
