Wish I could give zero stars right now went with my friend to get her Tahoe a oil change. No one told us there was a issue with brakes. There was never anything wrong with them either no light no nothing. When she started it there was no brake light on in the dash and as she went to back up an apply to the breaks the petal went to the floor. Cant imagine what could of happened but to put your customers life at stake like that is ridiculous. They also didn't seem to care either. The dude up front was argumentative and rude when we came to pick it up. DO NOT COME HERE they can't even just do a oil change without damaging a vehicle

Called twice ahead of time...Im a gm technician relocating to florida and without an alignment rack, I was advised to drop it off first thing in the morning, was in the parking lot at 7:45 a.m. and had keys handed to the gentleman behind the counter at 8:05 a.m. was advised it would take a couple of hours.. I walked home being as I only live a half of a mile away, stopped in 2 hours later with my wife's car and I was advised they hadn't gotten it in yet but my Yukon was the next one in, only needed a front wheel alignment and even told the guy the driver side front left is at least out 1.5°, I know it would be an easy fix and easy alignment.. he advised me he would call me around noon when it was done... no customer service at all whatsoever, no updates via telephone or text message... vehicle is still not done... this is what I get for doing something in a pinch and being polite and manifold, customer service is absolutely awful, a 25-minute alignment takes over 4 hours, even after I advise to my head somewhere to be in a couple of hours.. he advised me he had three technicians and it shouldn't be an issue, yet it's an issue and I'm stuck waiting while I have things to do today.. will not use Precision Tune ever again

I called 2 days in advance about an alignment. He said to bring it in at 9am on the specified day, didn't ask for a name or anything. When I arrived at 8:59, they said it would be a 90 minute wait until they could get started. Then tried to sell me new tires. I left.

Your techs get 5 stars, your customer service a 1.I came to your shop on 4/23/2024 even after my co-workers (who happen to be all mechanics were all against it). I took the time to read your reviews, and felt you deserved a chance. I called the day before, was told if I could have my car there when you opened, you could get my car in. I get there before you opened, tell the guy I needed a wheel alignment, then he asked if I had an appointment? I advised him what I was told the previous day, and he asked if I was going to leave the car and I advised I wanted to wait. He gave me the impression he didn’t want me to wait, he then tells me it may take up to two hours because they may have to do an inspections, I advised him that everything has been replaced (tie rods, control arms, and pens), then he tells me “well, your tires may be wore, “I advise him no, my tires are only a year old. So he has me to sign a form stating there may be an extra charge, no problem signed the form and called someone to pick me up.I come to pick up my car, no one is at the counter, there was a lady sitting in the back staring right at me and turns her head didn’t say nothing. Then he comes out, didn’t say anything, hands me my key and a colored paper, stands there waiting on a paper to print, still saying nothing to me, I asked if there was any problems, he just said “no”, prints the paper asked me to sign, and nothing. No thank you, nothing. Did he have an attitude because he couldn’t find anything to up charge me on?My wheel alignment was good, thank you to the techs. Your customer service was awful, and gives you guys a bad rap.

Paid over $400, told the mechanic it wasn’t just a battery, so they did all this other stuff and the car isn’t fixed at all. Now they are too busy to look at it for days. They just run a $130 diagnostic and do what it tells them, no thought at all.

SO FAR SO GOOD! THEY B FIX MY OIL PRESSURE SWITCH IN A TIMILY MANNER AND THE PRICE FOR WHAT I NEEDED DONE IS GOLDEN, BETTER THAN WHAT THE DEALER QUOTED ME! COMMING BACK FOR ANYTHING ELECTRICAL OR BIG FIX

They made me feel like I was family. Great service, and I will definitely go there for my truck being fixed, looked at. Great job fixing my front end, and completing my oil change, also for taking me out to were the truck was and showing me what was needed before even repairing it. They explained everything. I know a lot about cars and they were great at explaining to me what the problem was. I will be returning for sure. Keep up the great work you guys.
