Not very clean, their loud speakers are too noisy, which prevents hearing people with whom you speak. They can't keep employees more than a few months because their turnover of employees is high. The manager is a young kid who has no idea what good management is all about. One star is too excessive for them in my opinion.

Very surprised by this place; I was visiting family in the area and have the Black Card so I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon in summer. I was worried it would be packed but the place was pretty empty and I was able to get on every bench or machine I wanted. Place was clean and towels well stocked. Someone was always walking around cleaning when I was there.

They say you can cancel anytime due to know contract but they denied me being able too said I owed fees but they was also added on my bankruptcy and was still going into my bank account taking money out.

I’ll work out here sometimes with my cousin. He has a black card so I get to go for free. So nice to work out somewhere where you can get in almost anytime of day. Also this is a very clean gym.

They don’t enforce any of the planet fitness rules (clothing expectations, machine use, phone use, areas being used as intended). People are disrespectful with the use of the equipment. It’s especially bad in the 30-minute circuit which is intended for people who need a quick workout, yet some spend 30 minutes chatting on their phone while sitting on a machine. Club rules require “proper workout attire” including a shirt, yet half the women in there show up wearing a stringy sports bra and many men wear a rag and call it a shirt.
It’s obvious that the employees are underpaid and therefore don’t make enough to care, especially since it’s like a revolving door of employees in there. I swear it’s like every week there are new employees. Management obviously doesn’t care to maintain a gym up to the Planet Fitness standards.
