Had an issue with the price of the oil change, but it was resolved. My concern is if I were a meek person or a person that doesn't know about cars, they would have gouged me without hesitation. Not a good way to do business with a person that's been a customer for years.

I went to jiffy live to get an oil change and I absolutely enjoyed my experience. The employees were respectful and great gentlemen’s. The customer service team was extremely friendly and helpful.

They were professional and quick. I felt comfortable in the shop as I awaited for them to complete the oil change. Will return to the Englewood facility when I need service again.

Worst decision I made was coming to Jiffy Lube ,621 S Main St, Englewood, Oh 45322. Had them do an oil change and tire rotation, and when doing so they broke the caliper sensor on my 2023 KIA Telluride with 23,400 miles on it. I was inconvenienced for over 4 1/2 hours because they couldn’t figure out how the emergency brake was stuck on and tires locked up. So they had me drive it back around the store with the tires locked up so they could put the tires back where they were and in doing so there’s no way they could not see the broken plug because of the brightness of it so they not only took the wheel back off but back on and still didn’t say anything about the broken plug and at that time I didn’t know what was wrong. So they made me pull my truck back out of the shop with the tires still locked up and it sat there overnight. I came back the next morning to see if I could figure out if it was something to do with the settings but nothing worked so I decided to take a look at the tires and see if I could see anything and of course I did. So I got the manager to show him and of course he tried to deny any wrongdoing. So he called his boss and said that they “ “ might have been the one who did it and that it was a good possibility because it was not broken when I brought it. I asked him for his manager phone number and was told that they were not allowed to do that so I called every shop in the Dayton area and they all said they were not aloud to give me their manager number so I asked him how was I supposed to get in touch with them about getting my truck fixed and he gave me the runaround and still asked me to pay for the oil change after everything I went through. So yeah worse experience ever.

I go to this place for them to do the things to my car that I have neither the chest hair for, nor the desire to grow the chest hair to do.At one point I was having my oil changed and I mentioned my car occasionally makes a sound like Grandma's last gasp as we pull the plug and not only did they inspect what they could but the owner (I think?) guy even offered to drive my vehicle for a few minutes to see if he could detect the terminal Grandma noise.I'm in, I'm out, they are honest and quick.Excellent place.Cons? I wish they had more inspirational posters in their small waiting area. Something that says, "You probably could have done some of this yourself, but being the busy working chap you are we are here to help!" Let's see...maybe something like this!

Zach Taylor and I didn't get the other guy's name but all of you were very nice kind of professional and very quick my experience was great myself and my son came on a very urgent old change and you finish the job very quickly and efficiently we were in and out and all three of you were very pleasant and professional great experience for me thank you very much

The inside of this facility has fallen into disarray. I’ve been using this facility since 2009 and the inside is falling apart. Customer seats have holes and tears in them. Walls have mismatched paint. Tv used to have regular local or cable channels, now your services are the only display on tv, bathroom didn’t have paper towels, pot holes where vehicles pull out of bays, used to have coffee but now a water frig. Etc. need to spend some money on this facility or I won’t be back. Wondering if the service is good if the interior looks so bad. The inside is so bad, I left and walked over to Wendy’s to wait on my car to get done. However, service techs were nice and professional. Condition of building shouldn’t affect their performance.Service: Oil change
