I had a great experience with Grismer of Englewood Ohio. About a month ago I went in for a quote. So I knew what I was looking at spending. I went in this week and had 4 new tires put on. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Left laughing even though I had just spent a bunch of money. But it needed to be done. At least it was pleasant.

Although the staff was very professional and courteous, it took well over 4 hours to get 4 new tires an an alignment.
Had a 10:30 appointment, but they didn't start on my vehicle until 2.5 hours later.

So here is my story I heard a loud noise coming from passenger side so because I took my car to grismer before in Englewood I work across the street from another Grismer on Salem so I dropped my car off to them early and picked it up when I got off work. When I pulled off the lot it sounded worse than it did when I brought it to them so I called they said bring it back and they will check it out, this was on a Friday so Monday I again dropped it off and picked it up they said they didn't hear anything all they could figure out was it needed a whee hub replaced in the front.I told them it didn't fix the problem so I left called district manager he was also rude I told him I wanted a refund because they didn't fix my car. I also told them I was going to get another evaluation, district manager said he would not take the word from another dealership if it wasn't from Grismer. So I said a GM certified dealership don't know what they are doing? So I took it back to Englewood Mike took great care of my vehicle he put new brakes pads hoses and disc for $423.because my parts was warranted. I will only go to the Englewood location they know what they are doing there. Friendly and work with you and explain things to you. So a big shout out to Grismer in Englewood.
I now have to get previous charge taken care of that I did not need and didn't fix my vehicle. But glad to pay for services that actually fix my car and safe. ?

They were great and didn't try to up sell or tell me something was wrong that isn't on my truck. They were courteous when answering any of my questions that I had. I'm new to the area and I'm very happy with them.
