The restroom key is a wet floor sign with a large chain wrapped around it. It is big, heavy and disgusting looking! I can only assume they do not want anyone to use their restroom!!! The cashier agreed it was ridiculous! I left the store immediately and I will never be back!

I love to serve and donate, but not anymore to Goodwill Donation Center the employee was extremely rude, when ask if I can leave a donation on none operations hours in a box. Pretty new clothes and with store stickers on it.

Due to tariffs, prices are now $5.09 on most clothing. Prices are outrageous at Goodwill.

Very good selection of clothing, organized by size, color, type. They had a large selection of women's clothing in sizes 1X - 3X (8 April 2025) Nicely kept store with helpful employees. Typical of most Goodwill stores in the area.

They only have one public restroom, and is locked. I had to go to the restroom, it's at the back of the store, to find out it's locked. There was a lady that worked there was sitting on the floor putting gloves etc on a shelf, half way from the cash register and the bathroom, she went to get the key to the restroom, rudely told me I had to walk to the cash register at the front of the store to get it, I am handicapped, hard for me to walk very far, anyway, when I got there the key was on a big heavy chain, connected to a yellow sign, the kind you put in an isle when you mop a floor. The restroom was dirty, floor needed mopped, toilet inside of toilet bowl, was gross. When I was going to return the key, the sales clerk was still sitting on the floor, told me to take the key connected to the isle sign back up to the cash register lay it on the counter, by that time I was out of breath, returned it and left. I won't be coming back there, to go through all that hastle to just go to the restroom, when you shop in their store, at least the could have a clean restroom and not lock the door, if you would have to go to the bathroom quick, by the time you have to go through all that, you would crap in your pants.

One of the best Goodwills I've been to. However, this store is not clear on what constitutes male vs female shirts. I have a medical condition that causes me to overheat so I almost exclusively purchase male shirts over female as they're usually made from cotton and are much more breathable, but it's frustrating to go to the register with two 2.99 male shirts I pick off the male rack, and be surprised with 5.99 per shirt at the register. Worst is when I realize it after I pay as they have 3.99 female t-shirts somewhere apparently? But they need to be in a different section or labeled with tags since I've yet been able to figure it out and I somehow guess wrong almost every time.
One female employee in particular won't explain the rules to me and just claims she's new despite me coming in for months and seeing her, and it makes it a really frustrating shopping experience. As much as I enjoy coming here, it's unfair for me to have to debate people at the register almost every time I go up with my male shirts (and you will see me on camera every time finding shirts in the male section) and it has caused me to not go in nearly as much as I'd like, as I'm not trying to have a difficult shopping experience or be labeled as difficult for simply trying to know what qualifies as a male shirt so I don't spent 15 dollars on three male shirts I find in the male section, because two of them end up being female for reasons apparently no one knows, including employees.
Please make the rules clear and have it be explainable to customers. I just don't feel I should be charged an additional 3 dollars because magically almost every shirt I pick is a woman's shirt, despite the brand known for targeting a male audience, and being found blended in with the other male shirts.
Other than this, I very much like the store and usually enjoy coming in. I don't care what the rules are, I just want to know what they are so I can work within them. I go out of my way to come here and more often than not I leave things at the store because it's unfair I'm monetarily penalized for the rules being arbitrary, and I'd rather go to a different location where I don't have to prepare to get charged so much for misplaced merchandise.
If the rules are made clear I'm happy to adjust my review as I praise this store to everyone I know, but almost every experience I've had here has been disappointing and it's soured me a lot on coming in.

I'm giving 4 stars because of the staff! Everyone at this location is so nice! I hope thrift all the time and this is probably my favorite store because of the employees. They are helpful, always smiling and just so nice! Shopping here is pleasant when you don't have resting B faces everywhere you look. Goodwill and their prices though I will say is just way too much. Lower your prices Goodwill and we will all be happy :)

Goodwill dissapointed me. I found it interesting how everything in one cathegory was the same prize regardless of condition, brand etc. And, prices weren't great - dresses for 10$, shoes for 10$...
Sometimes they have a color coded sale, depends on the day, but I wasn't able to find anything with such color that day.
On the other hand, it was well organized, had good AC, enough dressing rooms and the staff was more than nice. And the diversity of clothes was big.
