I was looking for a new tax accountant, I made a HUGE mistake going here. My taxes had a $1100. mistake made that I had to find and tell them what they did wrong and ask them to fix it. THEN THEY DO NOT DO DIRECT DEPOSIT, YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CHECK IN THE MAIL! What a waste of money!!!! Poor customer service. And poor quality of work.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE. They did my taxes wrong, after I told Cathy that I thought it was wrong, she still did not go back over it. When I picked them up, I had to figure out the mistake, didn't take long, she had me listed as living in the WRONG CITY, called back, told her what she did wrong, then it was corrected. And if you want DIRECT DEPOSIT, not here. They just let that be a surprise for later! Poor customer service and poor quality of work. And this all comes to you with a high price tag..

Can't say enough about how thankful we are to be working with this agency. We work with Cathy Mikesell who is helping us as we are growing our plumbing business. She is very kind, responsive and provides us with what we need to know to run a business.
