Was told that I can’t schedule an appointment with the only doctor on my insurance card. Very unhelpful I swear y’all go out of your way to make people’s lives worse?? weirdos

Front office staff should reassess their mission. They don’t give medical care, but they sure can make it difficult to get care. Please treat us, the patients of the physicians, as your clients who pay for the service and can go to other practices if we choose.

I saw Ben Mishler, PA for my first visit today. He was very kind, patient, thorough, and professional. He spent a lot of time discussing ways to help solve my issues. He is an outstanding PA.
