If you need an early morning appointment you have to book weeks out. The waiting room is just as busy at 6:30 as in the afternoon. They also were only calling patients back about every 10 minutes. Then once I finally got called back and was in the room, she put the Tourniquet on my arm so tight it left a huge red band around my arm. Also, the phlebotomist didn’t have me verify my information on the tubes.

Not enough phlebotomists for the number of customers. Been here several times where there was an unacceptable waiting time. Today I have been waiting for over 50 minutes and still haven't been called back.

The main lady at the front desk was as rude as they come. The way she spoke to people was embarrassing to be a part of. I wasn’t even a patient. I was waiting with my wife so I heard every interaction she had with patients on the phone and the people in the office. I hope someone sees this and takes action. We have to do better at being decent human beings. DO BETTER COMPUNET!!

I am posting out of concern for others. I was awake at 4am thinking about my experience at the Englewood Lab. The phlebotomist must have been new as she literally said.she needed to stop the blood flow when I complained the tourniquet was too tight. I had to place two fingers under the tourniquet when she repositioned it because she tightened it too much. I did not realize until hours later that she did not prep the skin with an alcohol wipe before she stück me, I was trying not to pass out from the tight tourniquet. Nor did she invert the purple top tubes so I hope the blood didn't clot.
I am immune compromised so as I thought of her careless technique I got out of bed and took an antibiotic in the hope of not getting septic. Another person was in the room, but she was preoccupied with the computer and wasn't paying attention. It is not a good idea to not prep the skin before puncturing it. I hope she was more aware with other people, and I pray I don't get sick. This is a good lab, and the staff are pleasant.

Lab staff is great. Front desk workers couldn’t care less about helping older people who don’t know how to use the tablet to check in. Not enough staff for the number of people needing tests. Waited an hour for a simple blood test.

Check in is only with one tablet and an old woman can’t do it and we all must want in line dozen of us! The stuff is not willing to help at all, chatting enjoying themselves terrible. Some folks are not familiar with it. If the human would not help, at least have more than one tablets ready! Waste of time in line standing

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. B TEAM IS STAFFED ON SATURDAYS!Came all the way from Centerville on a Saturday bc they're open til 1pm. I called ahead of time and the phone line for that location said they are open til 1pm. The sign on the door says open til 1pm! I go up to the 3rd floor at 1230pm and the door is locked and lights out. I encounter another person leaving from the private door down the hall. I asked her if they were open. She said yes i just had blood work and theres still 2 others inside. She said they told her to leave from the back door. Great customer service. They wont care and im one person, but i hope im the one person that keeps you from wasting your time like i did!!!! I give them ZERO stars and if my doctor gave patients a choice on labs, I'd sure the hell choose the other lab!
