The tellers are very rude. I hate coming to this branch. They never have a smile on their face and talk to the customers in a very non polite manner. I’ve never had a good experience in here!!

I've been banking at Chase for 25 years. On March 8, 2024 I had to go inside to business for my employer. Meghan treated me in such a rude manner that I'll be moving all my accounts to Fifth Third where I'm greeted in a friendly manner, contacted periodically to see if they can help with any financial products they have, and made to feel like they value my business. (This with only a small account there presently). Seriously, Chase, train your people not to call your customers rude because your teller can't count and has to "take steps to verify the deposit".

Teller I had was great. Even after she finished my transaction I realized I needed to get a cashier's check, so she also helped me with that and also waived the fee because she knew I was paying for my husband's funeral/burial costs. That's why I told you she was great and helped me so much.

Awful. I went 2 times to open a bank account and they never did cause the employees are lazy. Especially the black lady. She refuses to open the bank account having 1 hour before closeting considering that I had been there before and was my second time trying to do it.

I opened a account online and have had nothing but problems. I am closing my account and having my employer stop my check because they want him to go to a branch with me . This man is very busy I take care of his parents and they already got the check verified but they want to make sure he wrote it to me that feels like they are accusing me if stealing the check I will never recommend this bank or will I ever use it again. They are useless

I had an issue with my Chase account during the COVID-19 pandemic that needed immediate attention. I contacted Chase customer service, but due to "stay-at-home" orders, communications from Chase to me stopped. I decided to call the local Chase bank closest to my home and spoke to Mandy, who took my call on a Saturday. She offered to call Chase herself, as she believed she could connect with them quickly. Well, they were closed on that Saturday, however, Mandy promised to call me back on the following Monday. Not only did she keep her promise and connected me with someone who resolved my issue, she called me back to make sure that the issue was resolved! Now that's customer service at it finest! Thank you, Mandy!

This is the worst Chase location, when you walk in nobody greets you and then when finally up the the window they're just rude. I come in with my 3 year old who is so wonderful when we go into places when like but yesterday I was told "Make sure he doesn't touch anything, looks like you have your hands full" uhm wait a minute. I had my son in my arms holding him like you obviously have no kids. This has happened every time I've been to this location. Happened when I opened the account so I called corporate. Seriously no other branch treats you this way.

Slow-moving. I will try the location in Troy to open an account and would recommend the same to all who are not yet an existing customer. They seemed friendly, but ultimately if I can not get an account open, then it is no use to me or any other future customers. Overall if I can not trust them with my time, then I can not trust them with my money. Nor would I recommend them to anyone who is not already familiar with the staff.
