I usually check the big three for parts and rarely do I return them, but if you have to return parts, search around for a better place to do business. I bought a couple of parts totaling $219 in cash that I had to return. I tried to donut twice today, and neither time did they have cash. They offered to refund a debit card but that would take 2 days to credit. I took it because that meant me holding onto two pieces of metal I could not use vs money that could. Do better Advance Auto. I am highly disappointed. And will likely not shop here again. To be fair, the employees were great, I have no complaints about them. It's corporate policy limiting drawers amount to pennies instead of being able to actually take care of all customers. I won't be recommending people purchase from Any of your stores.

I happen too lost a $500 camera headset, and $400 set of bose neck speakers. And when I called the general manager, says they're none there. I said I'm not looking to purchase I left them. I said, is there anything in the loss found? And he said I'm the general manager. I know better. It' not here. I arsed if he could call if found. Rude saying what'sthe number just with a bad attitude from start. To finish just asking a question if I happen to leave my equipment there. I have spent thousands of dollars there and only go there for my shop. And for the manager to treat me this way on this level of rude poor aggressive of customer service. I think my money and time will go else where. I did nothing but ask a question and bam. No more from Jerks like that.

It's an auto parts store. But, they provide great customer service, and their prices are very competitive, even less than O'Reilly for many of the items I normally purchase. They also have some really nice high-quality items.

Absolutely excellent service. Got stranded by a bad ignition coil, and Dale and Tom were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with my persistent requests to borrow more tools and repeatedly lookup another part. Helped me get exactly what I needed.

I hate doing this, but it was probably the worst customer service that I've ever received. They supposedly have free battery install....I buy one take it home, have trouble getting the mounting screw in, and they (Kirk, and a larger manager) basically tell me just take it to a shop, it's super easy. I'm like "since you guys offer battery install, drill it in" He ignored me and walks back inside. -1/10

Greg really helped me out today. Have a car with an older ford engine in it ( not the original motor) and needed an ignition module. Greg took one look at it, and knew exactly what I needed - even had it in stock! Thank you so much Greg - really appreciate when someone knows their business like you do.

What a joke. They can’t order parts unless you go to the store and pay first. Gas is high as hell and if you have the part number of what you need there is no reason why they shouldn’t. What about commercial accounts? Do they have to drive to the store multiple times a day to order parts??? Will never buy parts there again

Never have had a bad experience here until today. I specifically walked in and asked the guy if he could test my battery. He asked if I needed to be jumped to get here. I said no, but it took about 3 tries and just seems weak. He didn't even try. He ignored my request, didn't even come outside to look and told me it's not the battery. Imagine my "surprise" when I went to a mechanic and didn't say a word what I thought was wrong and it was the battery. I'm going to go back to that store and ask the name of the guy and just let everyone know the name( his name is Daniel) of the fat lazy greasy looking man who didn't have the time, probably energy, to actually look before making a BS diagnosis.Edit of my edit: I think I'll increase my rating because this lazy fat greasy man actually saved me money by his horrible behaviour causing me to go to the dealership. The battery for my car had I bought it here was over $200. Going to my dealership was significantly less. Nah, 3 is gracious.
