This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Every. Single. Time. They say the wait at the pharmacy is 15 min you’ll come back and they’ll tell you a hour. It’s unacceptable how long they make you wait for prescriptions. No other pharmacy takes this long. And it’s not here and there it’s EVERY single trip. I almost dread getting prescriptions because I know it will be a 1-3 hour event. Walgreens needs to do something about this. And to top it off the staff has a bad attitude at the window.

Get a programmer, who actually knows what they're doing, to fix your app and you whole online ordering system!!!! People order things online now, in 2025! I've spent *hours* and hours of my time, in frustration, trying to order things from your app and your website! The app is **the worst** one I've ever used, with regard to ordering anything online. Almost impossible. All i get is error messages. I paid for a prescription, along with a few other things, for pickup. My son in law left his sick wife to pick up the items, and was denied the prescription. He was told it wasn't paid for, when it **was** already paid for, and included with the pickup order!!! Then, I had to call and speak to a completely uncaring, unkind person in pharmacy and then spend the gasoline and more time, to, again, go drive there and get the scrip. Totally frustrating and aggravating! On the phone, the associate never apologized, just offered to ship the scrip, which takes two days!!! I do recognize that they are bogged down with former Rite Aid customers, plus an **antiquated** online ordering system. No wonder Walgreens is closing stores!!! Online ordering is mandatory in this time!!! **FIX your app and your ordering system**!!! Make the process flow smoothly and effortlessly for your **Customers**, as well as your harried employees, before you **Lose** them!!! Or, you'll end up like Rite Aid!!! Amazon Pharmacy is up and running, and will soon steal your business.

Worthless. Pharmacist spent 25 mins on the phone to "verify my insurance was active", just to call me after i left to tell me it was. Don't bother just go to CVS

By far the rudest pharmacy I have had to deal with. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. Stay away from this location.

They text and say prescriptions are ready and they never are. It’s happened so many times. You wait in the drive through line for so long just to be told it’s not ready. I miss Rite Aid… 😢

Constantly stuck in the drive thru every. Single. Time. I cannot for the life of me understand why places like Rite Aid could get you in and out SO fast. This Walgreens has been like this even before Rite Aid closed its doors. It’s ridiculous how many mistakes and miscommunication goes on at this SPECIFIC Walgreens pharmacy. And I try my BEST not to complain but it really is EVERY SINGLE TIME IM HERE. I even call them multiple times to make sure things are in order. What more can I do?!?!?

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible if there was a negative star review they’d 100%be getting one from me, my wife is diabetic and when we call to fill a prescription they tell us it’ll be ready in a few days and the day it should be filled they call us last minute and say they are out of stock and don’t tell us when they will have it again forcing us to call another day to fill the prescription again my wife has gone two days with no insulin and I just called to see what’s going on and they hung up on me

This location contains a Navy Federal Credit Union ATM that you can use free of fees if you bank with them. Not in the best area though, so please be aware of your surroundings and watch out for opportunistic thieves. Otherwise, this is a pretty normal Walgreens.

Was in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Why are they going at a snails pace getting people in and out? I have a solution, why not make one of the lanes for people who’ve already payed for their medication through the app or phone and are JUST picking up, and the other lane for everything else?
