“Conrad's was great! I thought the alignment was off on my car, only to realize that I had driven over a nail which poked a hole in my tire. I called this morning and Conrad's was able to get my car in and fixed my tire in a few hours. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back.”

Although they had to keep the car longer than expected, I was not angry or upset knowing they were making sure my car was going to be safe and reliable to drive the distance. Shane is excellent when it comes to being very professional and going over everything in great detail, so you know what to expect. I appreciate that in a business. If there is going to be a problem, they will call you and keep you updated because sometimes things are out of their control as was with my car.
