Wouldn't recommend whatsoever. Bought a 2020 certified pre-owned in May (it's the beginning of Nov.). Needs a new air filter, back windshield wiper was damaged and needed fluids. Salesman let me test drive it around the block and that's it. Brakes started squeaking within a month. Brought it in NOT EVEN a month after purchase for a chirping noise. They "test drove" it and did nothing. Noise didn't disappear and they finally figured it out, but only after giving me a rental that was supposedly already purchased. I have to take it back tomorrow for the same chirping issue. Would NEVER recommend. I'd trade it in if I could... in a heartbeat.

I had a service appointment today. It went smoothly. The waiting area was clean and had coffee selections. Justin, a new service representative, was kind and helpful. All around I felt welcomed and valued. Thanks to the service department!

If I could leave a 0 I would. Diane ran my credit 8 TIMES without my permission causing my credit to drop tremendously. She was looking for any possible way to get me to pay for a car I no longer wanted. Unbelievable and terrible service!

Great team. The service managers are great very knowledgeable very helpful detail in their questioning. The service managers are very helpful they ask you detail questions to get to the problem of your vehicle before they even like knows what the problem is. they in turn call you if you leave the facility in a timely manner to let you know what they have found and give you various options. And if they have the parts in stock sometime you will get your vehicle before the close of business.

I had a wonderful experience and time working with Brad Cline in sales he was so helpful and worked with me so fast to get me out before work and off in my new car! Love my 2021 chevy blazer he went above and beyond with discount offers as working as a nurse and also using my rewards to order nice weather floor mats he even installed when they came in

After they fix what they broke, I will never do business with them again. Mind you, what they broke.. they didn’t even bother to let me know. Their Attitude and Character was “eh so what” They lack communication skills and are NOT HONEST. Service department is a complete joke! And the customer service is even worse!! Would never buy another car from them! My daughter has taken her car there twice for warranty work and they have not fixed the problem! This last time they said they would give her a rental and she told them she was only 18 to which she was told that was okay. She drives an hour to get there and is told no rental, then when she tells them what she was told over the phone the manager calls her a liar!!! All they want is the money from the original sale and be done with you! Doesn't even deserve one star!!
