Today I stopped at drug mart to pick up a prescription to come out to my car not starting. Upon calling sugar ridge towing the secretary Marla was very professional very friendly and quick to help me sending a tow truck driver right away. Upon the tow truck driver Edwin arriving in a fashionably quick matter he was very professional very friendly very caring how he handled my car and took extreme care when arriving at the service department where it needed towed. In my personal opinion I would highly recommend this company for your towing needs. I know I will for sure. Oh...and they were very reasonable in their price for the tow. I can't thank them enough for making my experience with them as easy as it was. Thank you again sugar ridge towing and I hope the public sees my post.

On January 30th, my son hit a pothole on a side street avoiding an accident that occurred earlier on the corner of Cooper Foster Park Rd and Williamburg drive in Lorain, Ohio. My son was changing his flat tire and here comes Ed (Special Ed) to his rescue and helps him with the flat tire. Ed had earlier responded to the accident that had occurred and as he was pulling away with the disabled car on the lift, & still gave my son assistance! What a kind and caring gentleman!!! We need more people like SPECIAL ED!!!!! He is to be commended and given a raise for his going beyond the call of duty!!!! He responds way better than AAA!!!Thank you Ed!!!Laura & Ryan S.

Had a little bit of car trouble with an accident and it was towed to this place. After a few struggles, I got in touch with the manager, Ed, and he was able to help me out with the best solution. So grateful for his help!

i called and asked for the process on getting my car back and she told me i needed a release so i go get the release and come back for her to tell me she’s not gonna give me my car unless i have a tow truck which would have been nice to know when i asked for the process and then when i was asked how i was getting my car they made me feel stupid by showing me a picture of my car and asking if i had seen the car that i just got in my first accident with i have never dealt with more unprofessional people in my life// i see the comment you left the person at the desk was not gracious enough to do anything by any means and while i understand we followed police rules and that wasn’t the problem the problem was i asked for the process and i wasn’t told i needed a tow truck until all other steps were completed and as you guys being a tow company i didn’t think i would need another towing service for my vehicle that was already at a tow company. while understanding the car was undrivable deemed by police that was already known by your employee and they didn’t bring any of that to my attention until i came back with my release to get the vehicle and tried to make a fool of me hopefully you can understand what i mean nowEdit: reading some of the one star reviews on here helps see how these people will treat you when your there they act like it’s ur fault and treat you like lesser of a person just look at all the one stars and you will see the same story every timeService: Car towing

Was told on the phone that it would be $140 for the towing even though it was literally right up the road( Midway Blvd toGriswald) along with $15 for storage and whatever the tax was. I got there to pick up my registration out of my vehicle and was told I had to wait because they did not drop off the tow ticket when they dropped off the vehicle they had to go pick up another car from an accident so after waiting for about an hour was given the registration had to go and get my release form and came back to then get my car out and wasn't told that it was $145 for the towing along with the $15 storage and $10 taxes so I had to spend $170 when it came down to it after being quoted less over the phone. And they only take cash. And the atm has a $3 surcharge

Had a great experience with Sugar Ridge Towing. Responded very quickly out to Independence. Driver was great. He explained the process and was careful loading and unloading our car. Highly recommend.

Like most towing places, they are as transactional as one can imagine. This place, however, is highly incompetent. They insisted that the car registration was not in the glove compartment, after we gave them specific instructions, which delayed our process two entire days. I had asked to go back there and check, but my petition was denied by whoever was in charge. Mind you, I was with a handicapped person, which means that this situation and the runaround was particularly rough on her.When we picked up the car, guess what we found in the glove compartment? We only received an apology by the front desk lady, who was very nice, but didn't do much to help the situation.If this is how they treat customers, then this place is absolute garbage. They should have discounted the extra two days, since it was due to their incompetence, but they didn't. Looks to me like they wanted to charge extra two days, by lying, or by not trying hard enough to find the much needed documents. Garbage.Clarification: We were upset with Sugar Ridge's denial of our request to look for ourselves, ONLY. We were not upset with the police, because they were not there. This response is absurd.Advice: Do not challenge your customers, and pay special attention to handicapped customers.
