This was our first time shopping and buying from Stewart’s. Brodie helped us choose a new washer and dryer. We went in expecting an experience we may have had at Lowe’s or Home Depot. We were totally incorrect. Brodie showed us just what we were interested in. Brodie never attempted to upsell us to higher end more expensive models. Delivery was prompt and the appliances are working well. Do not hesitate to purchase from Stewart’s Appliance.

Just wanted to share the service we received from Dave when ordering our products..We already had checked his reviews and they were on point..Excellent service..I would also like to thank the delivery guys for therir courtesy and hard work after running into problems with the doorway..They were patient and so respectful and took their time solving the issue although their shift was done...

This is by far the worst place. I bought a stove a year ago. Six months into having it, the pilot goes in and out when it wants. Not only that, the gas smell is heavy. Called Columbia Gas and they said the install on the stove was done wrong and that’s why it was leaking gas. Lovely. The glass is warping out, and it’s a definite hazard. So I call while it’s under warranty. Some guy comes out and he’s such a snake he could care less, says he’s going to order a new door and maybe that will help? What? The stove needs to be replaced. Unacceptable and uncalled for. This could have been an easy chargeback to the manufacturer once they replaced my stove. Selfish and money hungry.

Very upset to be called a liar by the owner of the company. They promised free installation and then upon arriving only offered the delivery for free. When I called to discuss this matter I was told that I was confused and that they do not offer installation, even though that is what I was told this at the time of purchase. I try to keep my money local and do business with local companies in our community. But I do not appreciate being called a liar. I sent back the cooktop and will take my business elsewhere, where they respect their customers. Sorry but I will not be buying future appliances from them, nor sending friends or colleagues their way. Hopefully this will give readers a heads up prior to making their purchases.

I would never go back here. Although I was happy with my appliances , you buy the insurance and if you don't call or come back within 5 years , you get $100 of it back but if your NOT calling them during the month of the 5 year date ,they will not honor that money. NOT a way to keep business

Really enjoyed talking to Dave. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very down to earth guy. The two men that delivered my new icebox were the most polite and respectful people I have met in a long time. Overall I would recommend Stewart's for a pleasant experience. Great people.

I am surprised that the company hasn't upgraded its high end appliance space. Still stuck in the 90's.

Wonderful service in all respects. The sales team helped me find a refrigerator that perfectly fit my needs and kitchen space. The delivery team of Shawn and Seryrell expertly removed the old large refrigerator through a narrow door and set up the new fridge. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!

Unfortunately there was a girl outside smoking. Never made me aware that there was no elevator to go upstairs when we went into the back entrance. What a dodo.
Then I thought maybe she was a stock person from because of the delivery in the back, however she wasn't cuz she appeared in the store. Never asked if I needed help. There was a guy on the phone. He was in La La Land. Talking on the phone couldn't get to the questions out of him. Stewart's appliance isn't what it used to be. I bought all my other appliances there before when I built a house. They used to give good courteous service fine too and answer not let you walk around and look and I had to hop out with my daughter with a walker. Guess what? I went over to Home Depot. They did everything possible to help me and I bought a refrigerator from Home Depot guys. So if you want good service and don't have to pay for the extra price that you do at Stewart's go to Home Depot

Prices and quality of products are good, service and quality of work is poor. They installed my new garbage disposal and it came loose within a year, and they charged a lot of money just to put in some screws and tighten it. I paid a lot of money for the initial installation and I expected it to last more than one year.
