I prepaid paid for gas and accidently drove off realizing that I didn't pump my gas quickly turned around to go back for my gas and was told someone else must have got it refused to help me completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!! Staff was very rude and didn't show any kinda empathy what so ever I wish I could leave a negative review the 1 star is still more than they deserve

The card readers at multiple pumps have issues. Both the touchless readers and the chip readers. This location is convenient on my commute home from work but until the card reader issue is resolved, I'll stop a few exits down at Meijer instead.

I stopped here sometimes on the way or back from my doctor's visit in Avon Lake it's easy to get into and get out of. The people here are usually very friendly and attentive.
