U will definately be spending a whole hour in there and they only have up to 3 people working. Even if your just going to pay a bill you will still be in there an hour.

More employees needed. The wait was close to 2 hrs. Ridiculous. Then after returning my equipment and getting my new cable box, I was not given all the connection pieces, therefore I could not hook up the cable box, no tv. I called customer service the next day, all I needed was one cable. No, kept pushing me to get some streaming box and cell phone, finally told him just forget it. I will keep my internet with spectrum and no tv. I had to once again go back to the spectrum store in Elyria. The wait was only around 30 to 40 minutes. Turned in the cable box and expressed my disappointment after having service with them 11 years. And guess what. 2 days later...I get that spectrum streaming equipment that I said NO to, it came FedEx. Delivered to my doorstep. So ANOTHER trip to that spectrum store to return that. Another wait of about 45 minutes. 3x in one week. Not convenient. Long wait time. You need true customer service on the phone, not some salesman pushing something you don't want AND more clerks at your Elyria Spectrum place of business. Shame on you for not treating people right.

Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful when switching our family member’s service from Direct TV to Spectrum. He was very patient during our visits for information and clearly explained the options available. When we came back to the store to transfer the service, he recalled our names and made the process seamless. If you need assistance with Spectrum, I highly recommend Kyle and look forward to working with him for any future service requirements.

Customer service was really rude. Didn't answer my questions properly and really short with other customers before me too. I went home and fact checked my charge in question. It was a service charge that the local tv stations charge not because it was because I had their cablebox like I was told. I could actually drop local TV service if I wanted had I known.

Tim (the one with absurdly blue contacts in his eyes) doesn't want to help you if he isn't making a commission. Even though its literally his job, he will make you feel like you are bothering him.

Tim was so helpful and very professional! Being new to Ohio and not knowing what to do when other associates refused to help any further once they saw the “ this is it this is all” screen Mr. Tim stepped up and said I can help. And he did! My experience with him and my family’s experience was the best we’ve had. Thank you Tim at the Elyria store!
